Cora's pov
Violet left early this morning because she had a shift at wherever she works at, I offered to drive her but she insisted I don't so I didn't push her
Parking my car in Logan's drive I see the lights on so he's still in which is good job because he has work today
I wonder when he will let me go back work
Unlocking the door I walk in and hear nothing "Logan" I call out and walk towards the kitchen
Seeing a cookie on the side I go to pick it up but I feel some hands wrap around my waist before I can get to it "good morning" Logan whispers while kissing behind my ear
God I must give this man back ache with how far he has to lean down to kiss me "good morning" I smile and Lean into his chest
Spinning me around Logan picks me up and places me on the side "I missed you" he admits while putting his hands on my thighs
"Who would of thought Logan king would become clingy with me" I tease him and gently push his chest
Pulling me into a hug he puts his chin on top my head "only for you"
Hugging him tight I realise it's now or never
Pulling out the hug I look up at him "we need to talk" Logan's let's put a sigh
"Go on then" he gestures his hand up in the air acting pisses off
What the fuck
"I just said we need to talk Logan" I remind him because he clearly needs it "yes that's exactly what you said"
"I said it because we do Logan, we are acting like a fucking married couple all the time we are starting to fuck all the time even Violet thought we were married when I first met her" I exclaim
Taking a pause I look at him, Logan's known to have commitment issues but I just want him to be okay with me "listen I'm not saying we need to get married but I don't want to be in a relationship if it's never going to develop into something more"
Logan still doesn't look at me and just stares at his feet "I just don't want to fuck anything up Cora"
I grab his face in palm to make him look at me "you won't but just promise me if you really do like me you've got to give it a go if not we need to stop this"
Logan doesn't speak for a bit
I think I know his answer hopping off the counter I grab my bag and walks towards the front door
God I was stupid to think ever me and Logan could have something
Just as I'm about to open the door I feel Logan pull me back and into his embrace
"Logan don't make this harder" I basically plead with tears in my eyes
"Cora I want to try things out with you and I know this will probably be the only chance I get to be with you and fuck I'm going to take it because you drive me crazy and having you here these past few weeks has just been perfect"
Sucking in a breath I don't dare look up at him "so yeh I'll give it a try"
Sniffing I look up and him just to see him smiling and looking down at me "you really what to?" I ask to make sure
"YehI really want to" he says not breaking eye contact Logan takes a deep breath "wanna maybe be my girlfriend then?"
God I can't stop smiling "of course I would love to be your girlfriend"
I grab his tie and pull him down into a kiss and picks me up wrapping my legs around his waist
Logan moves down my neck and slams me against the wall next to the front door
Breathing heavy Logan moves his way back up to my mouth
"I don't appreciate seeing my brother in a porno"
Me and Logan stop install and turn our heads to see Rowan holding Roman with Sophia standing next to them with a bright smile on her face
Slapping his arms soph doesn't stop smiling "well I do if Cora's in it"
Letting me down I stand next to Logan and the four of plus Roman are now in this awkward position
"Why was uncle Logan trying to eat auntie Cora daddy?" Roman asks while he lays his head on his fathers chest
"Let's go ask now shall we"
"We shall" Soph practically jumps towards me and pulls me into the living room
Dropping down in the Sofa I can't even look at soph "so when's the wedding?"
I push her shoulder gently "we aren't getting married Sophia we just made it official"
"Yeh and then that means baby's and weddings omg this is so exciting" she claps her hands a like a little kid
If there was going to be one supportive person it was going to be Soph
Leaning forwards Soph pulls me into a hug well as much as hug she can considering her bump is in the way
"So due date next week how are you feeling?" I ask while she runs her fingers through my hair
"Nervous I'm going to have two kids now not just one" rubbing her arm I smile up at her "your already a great mum towards Roman and you will be for this little baby"
"Thanks babe"
"Your welcome babe"
After our little conversation we just sit in silence that's the thing about mine and sophs friendship we can sit in silence and it not be awkward
"I love you so much Cora and I'm so happy for you, you deserve all of this and more" her words bring tears to my eyes for some stupid reason
"I love you to Soph and thank you for being there for me you have no idea how much I appreciate it"
