As for other it should say this:
She does date Sirius but also has been taken advantage of by Gilderoy Lockhart. She ends up pregnant with his kid at 15 though doesn't tell him. She also initially hides it from Sirius, Remus, James and Lily. However they find her getting sick and she spills. For Patronus it shouldn't say Remus but Sirius
