One Of A Kind (Ajax x M! Reader)

"You have caused me a lot of trouble, I was so close!" He seethes. "Y-Y/n" I breathe out using all of my strength to lift my hand up and signal Y/n. I hope he can get here, otherwise... we're gonna die.

To my surprise crackstone stops, it looks like he's been injured. He turns, I move to see who freed me.
It's Bianca... thank you.

He pushed her against the fountain causing her to hit her head. I turn, not wanting to see crackstone finish her off. I turn to the entrance to the quad and see Xavier holding a bow, pointing it to crackstone. I don't know what he said, but he said something because crackstone turns around to him. Stupid, so stupid. He should've just shot while his back was turned, now he knows the arrow is coming. Where's Y/n? He wouldn't have done that, I hope he's okay.

Xavier takes his shot at crackstone, but before the arrow hits crackstone... he catches it mid air. Oh shit. He turns it slowly back towards Xavier before sending it back at him. Before it hits him, Wednesday jumps in the way making the arrow hit her shoulder. She stumbles down against a fallen platform. "Xavier! Go! I'll help Wednesday! You keep evacuating the school! Make sure everyone gets out!" I yell. He nods running off. I use my wings to propel myself over to crackstone. I start up a thunderstorm, striking lightning down at crackstone, but he keeps deflecting them, i dont even know how he's doing it. I thought this man was a normie.

Caught up in thought, crackstone pushes me away. Before I can make my way back over, he holds me against the wall holding me there like he's doing with Wednesday. "You outcasts! Will take your final breath today! Starting with you! Goody Addams and Estes L/n!" He shouts putting more force on our bodies.
Please Y/n... save us.

As my vision gets blurry I see Bianca making her way behind crackstone with a broken sword in her hand. She raises it up before slamming it down in the back of crackstones heart. The force pushing me against the wall stops as I fall gasping for air. I get up and try to make my way to crackstone before falling again. I cant finish this battle, Wednesday, it's all up to you to make this final blow.

I watch as the said girl takes the broken end of the sword and plunges it into crackstones heart. I hear him scream before burning away, I can already tell by all the flames and ashes burning around him, that he's going to hell. Where he belongs. As the fight ends, so does my consciousness. "C/n? Are you okay? C/n?" Is all I hear before blacking out.

Me and Enid make our way back to the campus after our little fight. Officer Galpin ended up shooting coffee boy giving us time to fight him off, he ran away to god knows where. During our little fight I did see C/n signal me although this signal did seem a lot weaker than his usual signals which has me worrying. Me and Enid don't say a word to eachother. I guess being covered in blood and scars does that to you. As we walk through this dark forest I see the school come into view. I smile, I made it...

Wednesday, C/n, and Bianca's fight is clearly over, but I have no idea about Y/n's and Enid's. I worried about them. Wednesday, C/n, and Bianca didn't come out from the school yet so that worries me too, during their fight I didn't see a lot of lightning in the school and this huge thunderstorm, but it was only in certain parts of the school so I'm thinking that was C/n's ability. That's so cool.

I hear people grumbling in the front of the big group and as I make my way through the crowd I see them all pointing at something in the forest. I look in the direction of everyone's fingers, to see Y/n and Enid, but I can't see their faces because of the dark. As they get closer to the school I see Y/n's wings spread out, but they're shaking and he's missing a few feathers.

"Y/n!" I yell running over to him, and as I get closer he stops moving. My eyes widen in horror as I see his face, scrunched up in pain, blood and dirt all over his face, his wings missing a variety of feathers, and his body splattered with blood. I look towards Enid to see her also covered in blood from head to toe, but she doesn't look like she's in that much pain. She looks like she's exhausted and scared, Y/n looks like he's on the verge of death. "Y/n what happened?!" I ask a bit rushed. He tried to speak but instead coughs out blood. He drops down to his knees and that's where I can see it all. He has a huge scar running across his back, and his back is shredded up. "Oh my god! Y/n how did you get these?!" I yell grabbing him and standing him up. I would carry him, but his injuries are everywhere. He tries to take a step forward before leaning on my chest. "Can't... walk... straight" is all he says. I hold him up, walking slowly. Everyone watches us as we slowly make our way further into the crowd. "Where's Wednesday?" Enid asks. Y/n nods into my chest. "C/n" he says. They didn't come out of the school yet, so I don't know if they're okay. "They're in the school" I say.

Enid gasps before pointing over to the entrance of the school. Looking over, my eyes widen at the sight of Wednesday, C/n, and Bianca making their way out of the school. "Wednesday!" Enid says running over to her. Enid starts crying as she hugs Wednesday, she pulls away just to pull her back in to the embrace.

"Y/n?" C/n asks looking around before his eyes land onto a very weak Y/n. "Y/n!" C/n says again but with much passion. He runs over to his injured cousin not wanting to worsen his wounds. Instead C/n circles around Y/n to look just what kind of wounds his little cousin has. C/n pauses as he reached Y/n's back, he sees all the scars, all the battered skin, all the blood rushing out, spreading throughout his back. C/n cries at the sight, not wanting to see his cousin in pain he turns around and calls his parents.

'C/n? What did you call for?' A/n asks. "Mom! Y/n's hurt! A lot more than C/n was! Come, help him please!" C/n yells into the phone with desperation. He can hear his mother gasps before calling out to U/n to watch after C/n while she comes and checks out Y/n's wounds. 'Okay! I'm coming!' A/n yells into the phone before hanging up.

"Tell me what happened to him!" C/n yells out to anyone who knows. "He fought the monster with me, he was attacked from behind, then flung into a tree" Enid says. "Then when the monster had me in his grasps, Y/n came over to help me, it didn't work though because the monster grabbed him and slammed him into the ground, then it stepped on him" Enid finishes. "But officer Galpin came and saved us, he shot the monster which gave us time to finish the fight" Enid says. C/n looks at Y/n as Y/n looks back with tears running down his eyes. Y/n opens his mouth to speak, but Ajax places his hand over Y/n's mouth shaking his head. "Don't say anything, wait until your wounds are looked at, you've been coughing out blood everytime you talk I don't think that's a good thing especially if you keep talking" Ajax tells Y/n in concern. C/n wipes his tears as he nods agreeing with Ajax. "Just wait till my mom gets here okay? She will look at your wounds" C/n yells Y/n. Y/n responds with a small nod before resting his head on Ajax's shoulder.
