"So what brings you here son?" Mr. Han asked Jungwon "Im investigating the murder of Gam Hyeojin, you knew him and so did my father so I just wanted to ask some questions" Jungwon said and Han leaned back resting his back on the couch with a shocked look
"Jin is dead? Wow, makes me nervous" Han said "Think you're next?" Jungwon asked "Sounds like it" "What would threaten you though, what would make you think you're dead after they died, is there someone who often showed aggression towards you three?"
Y/n came over with water and sat down beside her father "There are many people who threaten me and my family, I mean look at where I am, many people fight for a rich place like this, your father would know" He said
Jungwon nodded
"That's true, I just wanted to know if there was any big obvious threats, ones with names?" Jungwon asked and Han shook his head
"Also since I can't jump to conclusions, I have to ask, you and Gam-nim were the top two people who wanted my fathers job, them both being dead puts you under suspicion"
As Jungwon said that Y/n gave him an angry look, she didn't like her father being accused like that
"I had nothing to do with it, I understand the suspicion, I really did want that job, but I would never kill for it" He said and then looked at his daughter and grabbed her hand
"Also I have a child myself, why would I take that from you and your sister" He added convincing Jungwon more
Jungwon nodded and then stood up "Thank you for your time" Jungwon said and stood up without even taking a sip of the water
Jungwon bowed and then left to the door, he put his shoes on and Y/n goes up to him
"If you have any further suspicion of my father can you just come to us and not post it anywhere, it will ruin his reputation, my father didn't do anything wrong" Y/n said with a little attitude "We don't just go and post anything to the public"
"I'm just making sure, he wouldn't do anything like this, take my word for it" "I'm just doing my job" He said with a smile before leaving and closing the door behind him
Y/n went back to the living room "Well he's a nice boy" Her father said moving his water in a circular motion before taking a sip and then standing up
"They always like to assume the worst for people" Y/n said and her father just laughed and patted her shoulder
"That's ok that you don't like him, I don't want you getting close to him anyway, he's the rival family" He said with a chuckle and she looks at him confused
"That's a little insensitive appa, I don't like the police but if we're talking about him as a child of parents who passed..." She trailed off seeing he for the point since he started to nod
"I understand, but still, don't get close to him" "You won't have to worry about that"

"So?" Jay asked Jungwon as he sat down at his desk with a sigh "He's not off my list just yet but he doesn't seem like a suspect, we'll just have to wait and look somewhere else for now" Jungwon said and Jay nodded
"We'll let's think about it"
They leaned back in there chairs and thought to themselves quietly going back over everything they already know about this case
"Stop thinking about what you're gonna have for lunch and go talk to Ms. Rang, we found where she is living currently" Hyeonu said slamming Jays desk with a sticky note
