We got all of our stuff moved 2 weeks after Carmelo showed me our unit.
Everything finally feels official now.
I am married to my bestfriend. I am pregnant. We have an awesome house. Can life get any better?
"How's my beautiful, wife? Tired?" He
whispers while hugging me back.
"I can't wait to finally move in, Love."
"One more week and we are all set, Love. Pagbalik natin from Boston dito na tayo uuwi."
I lift my head and press my lips to his. This is life.
"Okay, Mrs. Castro bago pa ako manggigil sayo at hindi makapagpigil, let's go. Mama and your sisters are waiting for us for dinner."
"I think we can skip dinner, Love. I want this". I give him a peck.
He gave me his playful smirk. "You sure about this?"
I nodded and give him another kiss.
He lifts me up. My legs around his waist as he walk us to one of the bedrooms. He lowers us into it. The last thing I know he is inside of me. He presses his lips to my ear.
"Love, are you really sure about this? You are not uncomfortable?"
"I'm sure, Love."
His kisses feels like I have denied him of his rights for so long. I wrap my arm around his neck and return his kisses. It is so hard to stop but I know he is also looking after me. His kisses grow softer and slower until he finishes inside of me.
BOSTON
I can't stop looking at him habang kausap niya ang iba niyang kaibigan.
"You must be proud?" Alam ko na agad kung kaninong boses iyon.
"Very proud!" Mula kay Carmelo ay hinarap ko si Martha. "Congratulations, Martha!"
Niyakap niya ako at tinugon ko naman iyon. She is teary eyed after the hug.
He look at Carmelo. "I'm happy that he is happy. He looks so motivated and inspired. I hope that someday he can find it in his heart to forgive me."
Sinadya kong hawakan ang kamay niya.
"Why not try to talk to him?"
Isang malalim na buntong hininga naman ang pinakawalan niya.
"You think he'll talk to me?" she asked.
"I guess there is only one way to find. Come join us tomorrow for dinner, 7PM in our apartment. Some of your friends will also be there."
