B A D

"no! no more hotwings i beg!" quackity said as i giggled mercilessly while shoving a spicy hotwing in his face.

we were streaming, on my account, and i decided we were going to do an IRL hot wings stream. we've done one over a discord call but never in person. and this was absolutely hilarious.

i pushed it into his face and quackity flinched backwards, "bad!" he screamed in a high pitched voice.
"eat it!" i laughed while smearing the hot sauce all around his mouth. he was chuckling and the chat were spamming LOLs which only made me laugh harder.
"okay!.. thats— thats enough!" quackity managed to spit out in between laughs. i grinned while pulling away and wiping my hands on a towel.

"chat, what should we do next?" i asked after putting the remaining hot wings away, i knew i'd be putting them in the bin later.
"they're saying q&a." q says while reading the chat aimlessly. bad hummed in agreement while he was also glancing at the never ending messages.

"alright, give us some questions chat!" i announced, leaning back in my chair calmly.
"lets go chat, lets go chat!" alex said in his giggly voice while he rubbed his hands together mischievously. "alright, question for bad... is it true you actually collect and throw knives?"
"it is, indeed." i nodded, knowing that this was a shock to everyone when i told them.

"can we see?" quackity asked, now turning to me.
"as much as i'd like to throw a knife at your face right now, i'd get banned for showing it on stream." i laughed, and alex made a fake-offended face in return.

"next question." i smiled cockily at him as he rolled his eyes and turned back to chat.
"favourite colour?" he asked, not turning his eyes away from the screen.
"red." i responded instantly, not even needing to consider it. red has always been my favourite colour.
"mine's blue." quackity answered with a smile.
"let me read some questions."

another hour passed before they started ending the stream.
"alright chat, thats our stream done now." i said as i started clicking away on the computer. "lets see who we're going to raid..."

my eyes travelled on all the live channels, but focused on a specific one. "dream's live!" i smiled. but then i read the title.

'Q&A WITH MY BESTFRIEND SKEPPY! COME JOIN QUICK !!!!'

i frowned, since when were them two best friends? "let's raid dream." i said, not letting my voice seem sad. i clicked again but halted before pressing the final button.
"thanks for joining chat!" q said with his usual friendly voice.
"bye guys." i nodded before hitting 'raid' and letting out a quiet sigh.

"you alright?" alex asked while standing up and tucking his chair under my large desk.
"yeah." i nodded, also tucking in my chair. "do you think skeppy will be mad at me for meeting up with you before him?"
"yep." he said, making sure to especially pop the 'p'.
"what?— why?" i asked, a bit confused.

"because he wanted to meet you first. but he took too long, sooo i swooped his bestie up and stole him." alex grinned while grabbed me by the shoulders and pulling me in for a hug. i let out a laugh and hugged him back, treasuring this moment.

"do you think i should call him?" i asked after we pulled away.
"who?" the mexican asked while we both headed downstairs to my living room.
"skeppy, you muffin." i rolled his eyes as we both slouched down on my large brown couch.
"sure, you should." alex shrugged, clearly not giving a crap. i chuckled before taking out my phone in agreement.

i let the phone ring, but my anxiety rose when he wasn't answering. sure, i knew he was streaming with dream right now, but surely he could pause for a minute to answer me? i'd do it for him. i furrowed my eyebrows before calling him again.

this time, he picked up.
"what is it, bad? i'm streaming." he said into the phone, clearly sounding irritated.
"uhh— i was just seeing if you're okay." i said awkwardly, not really having a secure answer.
"i'm fine. can i just text you later?" skeppy said with a bored sigh, and i flinched at his hostile tone.

"uhm yeah, sure." i said, and before i could say bye he hung up the call. i pulled the phone from my ear and stared at the screen.

"he's mad, then?" quackity said, almost as if he just knew. i sighed before agreeing.
"knew it. just leave him for a bit, he'll get over it." alex suggested,
and i nodded, "i guess." but i knew i didn't want to leave him for a bit. i knew i couldn't just move on with my day while knowing skeppy was mad at me.

quackity and i sat in silence for a few moments, he was scrolling through his phone and i was thinking about skeppy. i just couldn't help myself. "i'm gonna have to call him."
"bad— no don't. you're too clingy!" alex said, half joking but also half serious.
"what? no i'm not! my— my friend is mad at me of course i'm going to try fix things." i said, sounding very self-assured.
"bad......" he said.
"no! i can't help it. i can't stand it when skeppy's mad at me." i admitted, my cheeks flushing pink.

"you're never this bothered when me and you have an argument!" quackity pouted, and i laughed since i knew this was true. "what's so different about skeppy?"
"i don't know. it's different when it's skeppy." i shrugged.
"how is it different with him?" quackity asked, and it was like he was pulling a certain look. a look that said that he knew something i didn't. a look i didn't like.

"i don't know." i shrugged. and it was true, i didn't know at all.
