"Where's Matt?" Felicity cocked her head, looking at the boys who were waiting at the lobby. Nick and Chris's eyes met and the darted, trying to avoid Felicity's piercing gaze.
"He's sick so he can't make it." Nick finally broke the silence.
Felicity unbuckled her seatbelt, "Let me go to your room I can help, you guys go ahead."
"No! He's not upstairs. He decided to fly home because he's sick."
It hit Felicity like an arrow through her heart.
"He saw the post, didn't he?"
The brothers reluctantly nodded.
Fuck.
They tried to reassure her that they knew she would have an explanation but it didn't matter because the boy she loved was at the airport, about to fly home thinking his feelings weren't reciprocated.

After deciding to stay at the lobby to wait for Matt in case he changed his mind, Chris and Nick offered their spare key to wait in their room instead, alongside with their company.
She declined the offer and ushered her friends off to the theme park, knowing that her mistakes brought upon this issue.
