Chapter 3-My Dad?

*The next day*

"Connie you should have seen her! she even fought pearl and won her!" Steven said, shouting to connie who was on the other side of the phone,

"Stevennnn stop telling her about that, it was only a duel, I could never actually beat Pearl if we actually fought I mean she's a full gem, we're only half" Star said

Just then Garnet walks in, coming out from her room in the temple,

"That doesn't make you any less of a crystal gem then Amethyst, Pearl, or I, you have a gem, your mother's gem, therefore you are a crystal gem." said Garnet sternly yet lovingly

"Thanks Garnet..."

At the Battle Arena, right after finishing another training day

"Star you've been working extremely hard, and you are my top student aside from Steven..." Pearl said very proudly

"But since you've been hear I haven't seen you go out an explore the city, all you do is stay cooped up inside Rose's room or playing video games with Steven... Steven why don't you take her out, meet new people have a donut from the Big Donut, etc etc." she said extremely worried

"Oh, that would be soooo much fun!!! Come on Star PLEASEEEEE say YESSS!!!" Steven said holding

"Pearl come on please do I have to..."

"You need to socialize yourself, and no before you say it you can't just socialize with Garnet, Amethyst and me."

"Dang it, alright Steven take me to this... what was it? Giant Donut? Why is it Giant?" Star said questioning everything that was about to happen,

"It's not giant, Star, its BIGGG!"

In beach city... walking into the Big Donut...

"Ta DA!!! Here it is the Big Donut with my two favorite donut people, Lars and Sadie!"

"Oh Hey Steven" Said Sadie with a tight lipped smile,

"What do you want now Stev- there are two of you now?"

"Guys I want you to meet my long-lost twin sister, Star Rose Universe." Steven said hoping for some sort of grand reaction

Sadie turns to look at Star tilts her head to the side, "Welcome to the big donut Steven's sister..."

"Thanks, uhh Sadie right? Nice to meet you as well as Lars..."

*Pfft* said lars leaning back into his chair, seeming uninterested in meeting another person who isn't cool.

"Alrighty then uhm, Steven what about that Donut you promised me..."

"Oh right? You have to try my favorite donut..." and without even thinking,  both Star and Steven spoke in unison, " Pink donut with rainbow sprinkles..." they both looked at each other and started cackling, Steven looked up at Sadie who seemed confused and thought it was some sort of skit,

"Sorry Sadie, it's our twin telepathy, this is the first time it's happened"

Sadie handed them both a donut in a napkin and they left, sitting on a bench in the boardwalk, Steven wanted to show Star everything, the bits, funland, the arcade, fish stew pizza, onion, his other friends.
But it was all so new and so fast for Star, but she was willing to try it all, anything to make up for the lost years without Steven.

Throughout the next three weeks Steven and Star spent everyday hanging out at the boardwalk, he introduced Star to everything and everyone, they spent time at their dads car wash spending much needed time together, being invited to a "cool kids party" in which Lars was invited but didn't show up, they even went on a small mission with Connie's dad, to try and find out what was going on at fun land.

Connie loved Star as much as she loved Steven, only now she had an actual GIRL- Friend, they were both super excited and spent every waking moment together, having slumber parties, going on rides at the arcade ( with Steven of course!)

It was a bright, sunny, morning in beach city, the gems were outside taking in the heat, while Steven impatiently waited for his package to come from the mail man- Jaime- only that Jaime was too late, Steven and Star went looking for Jaime along with Stevens package when they came across Sour cream...

"Hey SC!" Star said, happy to see him
"Hey Sour cream, putting on a big rave tonight?!" Steven asked interested

"Oh hey guys! No actually, onions been missing  for a couple a days now, my mom and Yellow dad are starting to get worried. You guys haven't seen him around have you?"

"No" the twins replied in unison, the thought of losing a sibling, came crashing into both Star and Stevens mind, they both loved the majority of their lives without each other, as if they knew they were thinking the same thing they reassured Sour Cream they'd be on the lookout for Onion and would let them know if they found anything, they continued on with their morning journey on finding Stevens package.

They came across the Big Donut only find it was closed, they went around the back but still nothing until, Sadie's mom came out, her poor Sadie had also been missing, Star began to wonder why so many people were missing,
First Jamie, then Onion, and now Sadie! Whatever was going on they were going to find out! 

Star and Steven looked high and low, they went to fish stew pizza, Funland and even the arcade, when out of nowhere a small blue girl with wings, Star recognized it as gem from Blue Diamond court but was unable to put a name to her,

"Ahhh a Gem!!" Steven yelled

"Are you my dad? I need to find my dad?" Spoke out the small gem

Steven began to speak but Star cut him off,
"Hey look we don't know your dad alright..." putting her guard up ready for this gem to attack them, the gem flew away, Steven began chasing her but he couldn't catch up, they made their way back to the temple. Explain to the gems what had happened, trying to describe what she looked like. Garnet decided we all split up and look for this gem,

Steven, Star and Connie teamed up, Garnet, Amethyst and Pearl went their separate ways,
They went looking everywhere, including a very special place Steven knew Onion to hide in, the forest behind his house. All three looked everywhere, high and low, far and wide, when suddenly, Steven gets stuck in a log, Star begins trying to help him out, but then they both hear Connie speak out, " Hello, we can help you find your dad", in an instant Star turned around, 

" Connie back away, don't interact..." then the small gem asked "Oh? Connie?" Slightly tilting her head to the side, "Hey Topaz I've got one", then a huge gem popped up behind the many trees she was holding many people close to Steven inside of her body, she had the mailman Jamie, onion, Lars, Sadie, gems on both sides of her head, where her ears would be, she began charging at Connie, and in a flash Topaz unfused and there were two who then began charging at Connie, who was then trapped in between both of them...

"NOOO!" Both Steven and Star yelled.......
