Next day , Malhotra industry

Manik arrives at his office & his PA Mr. Mishra arrives.

Manik- What is the schedule for today Mishra .

PA - Sir you have a meeting with all departments head , then in evening you have meeting with Soorat delgetes.
Also sir there is business proposal from Rajpoot & Kapoor's.

Manik - from both companies? About what ?

PA - No sir , it's a joint venture of Rajpoot & Kapoor's. They are expanding their business in India , so they want to tie up with an Indian Company. So they send a proposal about the same .

Manik - Both companies coming together, interesting 🤔, tell me about both the companies? Have they done joint venture earlier?

PA- Sir both the companies comes in Top5 companies in Newyork. They have done only one project together which was very successful. The peculiar thing about them is both companies never compete with each other .

Manik - Interesting both are in Top5 but never competes . Hmm interesting. What about owners and their share holding?

PA - The Rajpoot company is handled by Mr.Rudra Rajpoot and his younger brother Aniruddh Rajpoot. Mr. Rudra Rajpoot has 55 % shares and 15% with Mr. Anirudha Rajpoot and 5% is with Kapoor's and remaining 25% diluted with among other shareholders. About Kapoor's  Mr. Kapoor who is founder of this company  he has resigned from his post and Now his daughter is CEO of company. But sir in  Kapoor Industry Mr Kapoor has 60 percent shares and remaining is diluted among various companies.

Manik - What about his daughter, she is CEO she must-have substantial shares.

PA - No sir Ms Kapoor only has 5 percent of shares.

Manik - Only 5 % .

PA - Yes sir , sir there is weird thing also that out of diluted shares there is one owner who has 15 percent shares , but he has not claimed for CEO position after Mr.  Kapoor.

Manik - What ? Give me information about him.

PA - Sir it's confidential, no information about him is available.

Manik - Okay . Let's meet with them , accept their proposal and arrange meeting with them.

PA - Sir Mr. Anirudha Rajpoot himself has come to India for meeting , If you say we can have meeting with him tommorow.

Manik - Okay .

Rajpoot villa in Mumbai

Anirudha' PA - Sir now you have video conference with  Mr. Kapoor

Anirudha - Hello uncle

Mr. Kapoor - Hello young man .

Later Anirudh tells Ram Kapoor about his meeting with various companies and outcomes about deal.

Ram - Anirudh, what about Malhotra?  it is one of the best company of India .

Anirudha - Yes uncle , I have meeting with them tommorow. After discussing with them I will give final report about the deal and with whom we may proceed.

Ram - Okay , try your best with Malhotra, it is one of the best company in India also CEO Manik is a music sensation, it will be very beneficial for our deal. Try to get him on board.

Anirudha - Okay uncle.

Video conference ends .

Anirudha to himself - Yes Malhotra Industry is very beneficial, it will help to bring Abhimanyu & Mukti closer .

Next day , Malhotra industry.

Anirudha Rajpoot reaches to Malhotra industry for his meeting.

Mr. Mishra - Hello Mr. Rajpoot, welcome to Malhotra Industry. I am PA of Mr. Malhotra.

Mr.Mishra guide Anirudha to meeting room .

Manik - Hello Mr. Rajpoot, welcome to Malhotra Industry.

Anirudha - Hello Mr. Malhotra.

Later Manik & Anirudha discuss about joint venture , about their deal ,etc.

Manik - Well Mr. Rajpoot I agree to work with you .

Anirudha - Agar hum sath me kam karne wale h toh I feel plz don't call me Mr. Rajpoot, Anirudha is just fine with Mr. Rajpoot I feel older.

Manik laughs - Okay , then call me Manik .
Anirudha - Sure .

Manik & Anirudha walk out of Meeting room. At same time Fab 5 came to meet Manik .

Cabir- Hey Manik .

Manik - Hey guys . Anirudha meet my friends Cabir , Dhruv , Aliya & Mukti .

Anirudha smiles seeing Mukti .

Anirudha - Hello Mukti and forward his hands .

Mukti little awkward - Hii & shakes hands with him .

Anirudha senses her awkwardness & greet everyone.

Anirudha -  I must says you guys sing awesome.

Manik - Thanks Anirudha.

Fab 5 & Anirudha sit together for some time and talk &  jokes around.

Anirudha - Okay , I should leave now , it was good to meet you all .

Cabir - Well we also happy to meet you.

Anirudha - Okay Manik , Soon Kapoor's representative will be here , then we can finalize everything and sign the deal.

Manik - Okay.

Manik & Anirudha shake hands and Anirudha leaves Malhotra industry.

Aliya - I think Anirudha liked Mukti.

Mukti - What are saying Aliya ?

Aliya - What , don't look at me like this , have you not seen , he was constantly looking at you & smiling .

Mukti - Kuch bhi Aliya , don't exaggerate he was just friendly nothing more.

Aliya - Ok ok.

Everyone laughs and they enjoy their time at Malhotra Industry.
