WHEN I'M WITH YOU: PART 7

The day went on and Kai was caring but pretty much oblivious to my injuries. I thought I had gotten away with it, that was until we were walking out of school and he asked to have a "quiet word" with me, it turned out to be the complete opposite of quiet...
"After all that happened with your dad I thought we were past keeping secrets!" Kai snapped, and I suddenly felt my stomach drop.
"What?" I said, playing it cool.
"So I ran into Barry and he asked me if I liked your stitches, I didn't understand at first, but now I fucking get it!" Kai said, raising his voice.
"Kai, I just didn't..."
"Your know what, fuck this and fuck you! I'm meant to protect you, be there for you, and all you do is lie to me. If you don't appriciate me then maybe we shouldn't be together!" Kai said, glaring into my eyes. I was so scared of him when he got like this.
"Kai, I wanna be with you but it's really hard, I don't want you to get all angry and worked up about this, i'm hoping Barry will get bored and give up and we won't have to worry about this anymore" I said, I tried to smile and touch his arm but he pushed me away. He gave me this most awful look and without saying another word he stormed off down the road, he was meant to be coming to mine tonight, but he just left me, standing all on my own...

I still felt angry, annoyed and as a whole, extremely upset. However something bad had just happened to my boyfriend, I needed to get over the fact he lied to me and I needed to be there for him. It was coming up to about half eight at night before I descided it would be to go over and talk to him in person. I pulled on some clothes and quickly but quietly left the house, I didn't need my parents asking questions when I was in a rush to make things right. It was freezing outside, then again it was mid november. I started to feel nervous as I approached Eddie's house. As I got to the front gate, I was seriously tempted to just turn around and run all the way back home, infact I was going to when all of a sudden the door flew open. "Hey!" Eddie's mother beamed at me and soon his father was by her side, "You looking for Eddie? Were off out, nice to see you!" she cooed as she hurried out the door and went over to her car. I nodded and smiled awkwardly, before walking slowly into the house and quietly shutting the door behind me, I heard the car start and then it slowly drove off down the road.

I roamed the house for a while, there was no sign of Eddie downstairs so I crept upstairs, trying to make as little noise as possible, I don't know why, I guess I wanted to suprise him. I walked past Jake's room, the door was open. Empty. I guess he was out somewhere. Eddie's door was open but only slightly, I reached out my hand to knock when I heard something from behind the door. Eddie's soft giggling and gentle moans. My body tense up, I could of sworn I heard another guy's voice, whispering things to him. I gently pushed the door. Eddie was on his back, while another guy, I don't know who, was ontop of him, having sex with him. I shoved the door open hard, Eddie looked up at me and laughed. He then turned his attention back to the guy who was quickly sliding in and out of him. They wouldn't stop even in my presence, I felt my blood start to boil as I built up all my strength to charge in and knock the shit out of both of them.

I had never felt so jealous, so furious and so shattered. I could feel the rage burning up inside me, this was why Eddie told me nothing. He had another guy to tell! A guy he was willing to lose me over. I heard a door open from behind me and light footsteps, I ignored it, staring at my boyfriend and some on the bed. "Kai?" I knew that voice to well! I spun round to face Eddie. I couldn't believe it, my gaze quickly darted back inside his room and onto the bed, which was empty. The bed sheets were perfectly neat, and there were no clothes on the floor, no smell of sex in the air, just Eddie's room. I felt a soft hand on my cheek, "What are you looking for?" he said softly, bringing my eyes to his. "How could you do this to me?!" I screamed and pushed him away, I needed to get out of there fast.
"Do what..." Eddie looked seriously confused, but at the time I wasn't taking his facial expressions in.
"Have sex with another guy, I just watched you!"
"Oh right, and when did you see this?" He said, folding his arms and raising his perfect eyebrows.
"Just now, before..."
"Before I got out the shower Kai?"
"Yes..." I nodded, my eyes glued to the floor. Eddie, still wrapped in a towel, took me by the hand and guided me into his room. I sat on the edge of the bed and he crawled into my lap. He pressed his lips against mine, we weren't kissing, our lips were just touching and we stayed like this for a while, before he softly said, "Your not well Kai..." I nodded and felt tears spill down my cheeks. "I love you, and I don't want to be with anyone else, okay? Please, you have to remember that" Eddie whispered, softly kissing my neck.
