After their Thanksgiving break, the junior class was all a chatter. Polly came running up to Ellie and the rest of their crew.
"You won't believe what I just heard in the bathroom.." Polly exclaimed.
Ellie closed her locker, as Bucky opened his he looked over at her.
"Whats the new rumor Polly.." Mary Jane said
"Its not a rumor, Bucky Barnes and Nikki Halcomb are having a baby!" Polly said
Ellie glared over at him across the hall, he watched as her face fell. She walked off from her friends. Bucky looked down after he watched her disappear into the crowd. That afternoon he tried calling and texting her only to discover that she had blocked him.
