"Finally" I mumbled to myself once I finished the last knotless braid on our client, she wanted small butt length, Charm started them and braided to her real hair was covered before passing it to me to finish while she starts on the next one

"Charm put the water on when she finished that last braid, are you okay?" I asked Samira my client that always get wild shit

"Guh yeah y'all never loosing me as I client, I done ate had some eye candy and everything" she laughed

"Girl that was my dad, he always trynna get us outta here no later than seven" I said grabbing one of my large white towel that I use for long hair

"My back hurts so bad" Charm said while coming over with the electric kettle

"So why you and my brother not talking?" Charm asked while. I helped her seal the end of these long braids

"Charm I love you so much, but I don't want to be that girl who tells her bestie everything going on in her relationship even tho we're not in one yet so I'll tell you this time" I said making her mug me

"Y'all act just alike" Charm sighed

"His fake gay ass friend sent me this weird dm then unsent it but I had seen it already" I said while she dipped the last section as I dried the others with the towel before grabbing the blow dryer, I hate when people leave they clients back wet that's so annoying

"Okay I promise not to say nothing to the bitch but you know I will" Charm said making me laugh

"I love that y'all wanna defend me against everything but I promise I'm not worried about that weird girl, he thought I was lying so if he believes her over me that's him" I said shrugging

"Samira girl you been here all damn day you not tired of us?" Charm asked putting sealing foam on her ends

"Nah this last conversation is interesting, so Kamora go with the dread head that was mugging her? And that's yo lil brother?" Samira asked

"Yes girl they say they just friends tho" Charm laughed making me point the hot dryer at her

"I'm sorry stink but y'all make each other so happy, I love that for both of y'all" she said while I finished blow drying Samira braids

"Y'all friendship is so adorable" Samira said standing up after Charm patted her shoulder

"Aww thanks" we said at the same time

"It's three hundred right?" She asked

"Yes ma'am" I answered watching as Charm stared cleaning up

"Here three fifty" she smiled making me smile

"Thank you Samira see you later" I said giving the money to charm before walking our client out

"A twenty five dollar tip period" Charm said, so Charm and I split tips fifty fifty if we did the client together, and I pay her 30% with what the client pays me, but when she does hair by herself which isn't often she gets to keep all of her money

"Right she's so sweet but are you hungry?" I asked helping put everything away

        "Girl yesss, let's stop and get chili's" Charm said while turning off everything

"Sounds good, is your brother home or still at his friend house?" I asked while we walked out of the shop, locking it up before going into my dad's tattoo studio
