The Castle

Friday had arrived in a quick moment
Maleficent collected everyone
Iris "alright is everybody ready"
Everyone "yeah"
Chole" we going to find people like me"
She says in an adorably cute voice
"Yes sweetie we are"
I tell her
To get to my peoples land we had to travel for days 3 weeks
The journey was long and hard we hardly took any days of rest chloey would sleep while someone carrying her when she got tired but that was about it
We stopped at a inn once we were about a day away
"Did you hear the news"
A man sitting next to us said to his friend
"About the half fey people"
"Yes there captures have been defeated by the dragon fey but most of the half fey are dead"
"Oh my to hear such news it's been more than 8 years since theve been enslaved about time the dragons acted"
"I just can't understand why they would let it go on so long"
I zoned out of the convo and back to what maleficent was saying feeling a sigh of relief and joy I new I was tearing up as udo looked at me with concern
I just smiled
Mal " we are going to stay here for tonight and going back to are task as soon as the sun rises tmr"
We all agreed and I carried Chile with me
We had all been given different room except me chloe Aurora and her husband
"Are you excited for tmr Chloey"
She nodded shaking her head extremely fast
I just laughed kissed her goodnight and layed next to her. I stayed up a little while that night thinking of what was going to happen after Chloe finds her people we would have to leave her it saddened me My thoughts would not leave me so I went down to get a glass of water their I bumped into udo who had been sitting in a chair he looks at me seeing my semi swollen eyes "are you okay?" I sigh a little "yeah it's just I was thinking about how once we find her people we might have to leave her their Ive raised her for a few years i just-" I stopped mid sentence as my tears started to drop Udo rushed from his chair and hugged me it was warm and I do believe his first time doing such a thing it was a little shocking but I soothed into it I hugged him back he whispered "I'm sure everything will be figured out tmr you don't have to worry about that we could always stay"
After the encouter I had fallen asleep in udos arms he carried me back into my room and though I wasn't fully conscious I felt a slight pressure in my forehead and a goodnight
——morning after————
We all got up ate breakfast then contined on our way
After a few hours we reached my peoples land
I got so happy o fell on my knees
And started crying seeing how everyone was not suffering anymore but also seeing the ruins of what once was
"My people have suffered so much seeing them smile just brings me joy"
I said through my tears
Out of the corner of my eye I saw someone rushing over to us
"Iris is that you"
A chubby old lady said
"Mama willow I thought you had died"
She pulled me into a hug
"Oh sweetie I'm to stubborn for that"
She layed kisses all over my face
and we embraces each other in a long hug
Before telling us to come into her house
It did not looked to bad compared to the rest of them
"I heard you mother had been able to help your escape but they were but meer rumors to us I was hoping you had you've grown up so much"
Iris "I can say the same for you it's been to long how is everyone else do you know who made it"
Mama willow "not many I'm afraid the king and queen were the first to go along with their children it's been but pure mess once we were freed"
" your cousins were all wiped out I also had my kids taken it was horrible" I could see how she was about to cry once more and pulled her in to a hug after a while i felt her head lift and saw a smile on her face
"I do got news good news"
She says "your grandfather Oliver is still alive and healthy why don't you visit him once your back from were your heading to he lives were he always has" I nodded happily
Mama willow then rushed to see Chloe "well who is this cutie" chloe shys away " her names Chloe she's someone I took in" she nods before going back to pinching Chloe's cheeks
"We're are you heading to if I might ask"
Mama willow says
"Well we are hopping to reunite Chloe to her family we are going to the dragons feys land "
Mama willow smiles
"A dragon fey is she wow well I will wish you the best they aren't hostile to us and have been taken many of us in after the war" she guided us to the  gates before leaving

At the dragon kingdoms gates
We were expecting some hostility towards the fact a human was with us but they smiled and let us through
"Weird"
Once we entered we were in a wave of shock it was so beautiful inside
We made it to the gate of the palace and Once more were greeted with a smile in fact one of the gaurds told us they were expecting us and let us through the gates onto the palace but at some point me chole were seperated from the rest
"Um why are we being seperated"
G-" they head wants to speak to you two in private"
I held Chloe's hand tightly as she did the same
Inside the room
There was a women maybe early thrities standing in the corner of the room
She turned around and smiled brightly
"I've been expecting you two"
She walks up to Chloe "my the little princess has grown so big"
"Princess" I say
"Yes princess she is the lost long princess stripped from us you see when those captures came before they landed onto your peoples land they had surprised attacked the king and queen the king did not make it out but the queen she was able to escape wounded the princess was never seen since. In desperate need we hired spies hunters detectives and many other people to find her  we had almost given up hope when a seer showed up in front of the castle door. She told us that once the war ended there would be a young half fey who will reunite  the princess to us" she had been walking around the room but once she finished she turned back to us "And she was right we held the prophecy dearly and waited We are glad you came" she says smiling
I sat there taking it all in looking back and forth from the Chloe to the lady in front of me
"A-and who are you"
"I am her aunt and the one who had become in charge of the kingdom since the kings death"
"I am so glad to see my little niece for the first time since she was in diapers" she hugged Chloe in
Chloe looked back at me and I just smiled and said "Chloe this is the family we were looking for she's your mothers sister your aunt honey" Chloe seemed to understand smiled and hugged her back

Once she had pulled out of the hug she turned to me
"Like I said before I am so greatful you have reunited me with my niece and I'll never be able to repay your for this but I can offer you anything you want if it is in my power" "what would you like"
I tried to tell her that it was fine I did what was best for Chloe but she insisted so I caved "If you really I sit then I woul like for the dragon kingdom to take in my people we have suffered greatly I just wish for their saftley they need a new place we no longer have a ruler or anyone even if it is just till they figure things out" She thought about it and smiled "I will agree and make sure preparations are made"

          We excited the room and we're reunited with the rest I explained what had happened and they were half to hear Chloe had her family. I had come to realize  had no Olán front hai point on so I talked the Chloe's aunt and we were able to come up with the agreement we would stay for a few months to help Chloe adjust then departe we talked to Chloe about this to and though she didn't want to say goodbye I knew she also didn't want to leave this place with her people and her family

The months went by quickly my people slowly started to rebuild and when the day had come for us to llevar Chloe's aunt gave me an object which would teleport me into their kingdom whenever i would wanted to visit Chloe and a device for me to call Chloe apparently the device was chows idea she had changed for the better in the past few months and I was so proud of her. "I'll miss you Iris" Chloe says hugging me tightly" "I'll miss you two sweety but I'll come to visit often" she nodded her head "you better" I laughed a little kissed her head then everyone else said their goodbye and we were off back home
