Hello!

I'm Mariecurie023. Many of you know me as the author of The mafia king. I never thought I would return to TMK's world simply because I thought there was no more of a story to tell.

I realized I was wrong.

There were at least a dozen stories that were swept under the rug during TMK. Alexi and Sophie's story was one of them. Mentioning them only as the Russian mafia leader and his girlfriend felt like a vast understatement on their behalf. And based on your response, their story was the one you wanted to read the most. So here it is.

It's been two years since I started writing and I would like to think I've developed (or maybe that's what every Wattpad author loves to say¾).

· This story will not contain dense characters

· or an inherently abusive/toxic relationship that was romanticized into a 'love' story.

· This will also be in a third person point of view

· and will have an underlying theme of comedy within the story because I seem to write jokes better than quotable lines...

I hear you guys! I read your comments and criticism about the plot and characters, and I appreciate every single one. This is me showing my appreciation by using them in my writing. So, I hope that you love this story as much as you loved TMK (and way more). I am beyond grateful for the people that went out of their way to share bits of my story or make tiktoks about my characters! It still astonishes me to this day. So, thank you sincerely.
