Chloe stood in front of the mirror as she looked to her small bump and smiled. She knew how it wasn't easy and she knew the type of job that she had and it wasn't going to be easy to have a baby, she knew that the pregnancy wasn't going to be an easy one
She looked to see fletch as he walked into the room. He walked over to her and wrapped his arms around her and smiled as he leant in and kissed her and smiled "are you okay" he asked as she smiled as she leant in and kissed him
"I'm good, it's just mad isn't it. To think that we are going to have a baby I mean I know it won't be easy. I do but I want this, I want to make it work and I love you and I love our baby but this isn't going to be easy" she said as fletch nodded as Chloe turned to face him
"I know especially with your job but I know that we will work it out when the time comes and there is always the crèche so this baby can we near is. I don't like the idea of working so much but if a doctor says you need to rest near the end you will, you can always do paperwork if you are that keen to work" he said as she smiled
"Fine. Only because you asked me nicely" she said as she leant in and kissed him. He kissed her
She moaned into the kiss and pulled him close. He looked to her and smiled as he placed a hand on her cheek and smiled
"It's all going to be okay" he said as she smiled
She looked to her bump and smiled. She knew how none of it was easy and she knew how excited that she was becoming over the idea of being a mum but she knew how excited that she was and she knew that fletch was going to be a good dad
Chloe knew that deep down that she hoped that she could be a good mum as she knew it wasn't going to be easy

Chloe got to work and sat in her office and looked to see kenzie as she walked in and smiled "hey how are you feeling" kenzie asked as Chloe looked to her and smiled
"I'm fine, I am tired and this baby isn't helping at all. But I know that this baby will be worth it, it will all be worth it" Chloe said as kenzie sat with her and smiled
"I know it's hard, I do but I want you to know that no matter what you're not alone. I'm here and you have fletch and you're going to be a great mum even though you have a demanding ass job. You're a great surgeon but your hot your mother, you want your child to come first with all of this. You know what it was like to have a mother focus on her career more than you and you have to ask yourself what you want" kenzie said as Chloe looked to her and smiled
"I know I have been thinking over that. I am going to step down once I have the baby for a bit. I know I want better then what I had and I know it won't be easy" Chloe said as kenzie looked to her and smiled
"I know, but I know already that you will be a good mum" Kenzie said as Chloe looked to her best friend and smiled.
She knew that she was right and she knew that she had to do what was best for her and her baby and she knew that she had to realise that work wasn't the most important thing in her life at the moment

Chloe stood by reception and looked to see jack as she walked over to her and smiled"are you okay" jac asked as Chloe smiled
"I'm fine why do you ask" Chloe asked as jac smiled
"Well your my daughter and I love you, and your pregnant and I want to know if your okay as I heard that you were talking over stepping down" jac asked as Chloe looked to her and rolled her eyes
"Not stepping down but back I am pregnant and I need to have this baby, I need to do what's best for it that's all" Chloe said as jac nodded
"Just make sure it's what you want and no now is forcing you" jac said as Chloe looked to her and rolled her eyes as she walked off. Chloe knew that things weren't easy and she knew how messy that it was but could it all work out
