Part 6 - Friendly advice.

Start from the beginning

“It couldn’t have been that bad… Mr. Boring isn’t known for taxing detentions… And you’re used to Louis’ antics” Mia snorted. Katie was still bright red from seeing my boobs I think.

“Oh yeah?” I huffed once more as I flung a skirt onto my bed and went on the search for a little black vest. “Mr. Boring left the room to photocopy and I made the mistake of telling Louis I had a date with his best-friend. He threw a table and some chairs, pinned me to the wall with his hips and we ended up making out in-front of half of the English department!”

“That is a bad detention… why? I’m lost!” Katie asked confused.

“You made out with Louis?” Mia said with the most hilarious face. It was shock crossed with anger and it really didn’t suit her. “How? I don’t understand?”

“Trust me… I don’t even understand what happened” I slumped on the bed next to them. “I mean, I get asked out by this perfectly nice guy, he’s smart, he’s cute, and he’s funny… Just as I feel ready to move on from Louis and have my first proper relationship… but he’s always there… pulling me back and it’s driving me crazy! Do I not deserve to be happy?”

I started to cry furiously and I thanked god I wore waterproof mascara. The tears were salty as they rolled down my cheeks and onto my lips and nose. “Sweetie, don’t cry. Of course you deserve to be happy”

“Then why the hell does he keep pulling me back towards him with his womanising ways? All I wanted today was to have a nice date with Liam whom would hopefully turn into a new relationship, and I end up on a desk with my legs wrapped around my enemy and snogging the life out of him in front of Mr. Boring and his little English friends!”

“Who stopped the kissing? You or him?” Katie asked…

“What’s that got to do anything?” Mia sighed.

“Everything, if Robyn ended the kiss, it means she’s got the moral high ground… she knows it’s wrong… plus, in a boys eyes, it’s almost as bad as rejection” Katie sounded the wisest she sounded in the two days we’d known her.

“I ended it… I told him I couldn’t do it anymore and legged it” I laughed. “I think it was the quickest I left the school. Anyway, I don’t know what to do… Do I tell Liam? My mother said I should be honest with him… and let him decide if he still wants to go on the date”

“I agree with your mother… If you don’t tell him you know Louis is going to… because he’s just like that” Mia said frankly, with Katie nodding in agreement.

There was a knock at my bedroom door. “Robyn, Liam is here to see you”

“OMG ITS SIX ALREADY?” I shouted. I took my dressing gown off not even caring that Mia and Katie were in the room. I grabbed a black vest to go with my skirt and blazer and put on some converses.  “Tell him I’ll be five minutes!”

“Nice look… where your sunglasses, it’s bright out there” Mia said passing me them.

I did my make up very plain, just a little eyeliner and some lippy and took my hair out of the curlers. I sprayed a little hairspray on and grabbed a little black purse. “What do you think?”

“You look perfect, now your date waits, go!” Katie ushered me out of the room. We walked down the stairs and when I got there, Liam was in my lounge talking to my brother Pete and he had my sister Penelope on his knee… oh dear.

“Penelope, isn’t it time for you to have your bath?” I said annoyed. “Pete, where’s Joseph?”

“Footballing practice… I’ve gotta pick him up in a few minutes” my brother was practically glued to the television. I don’t understand the appeal of Fifa 13.

“We’ll pick him up” Katie said. She will? “I’m going to pick up my brother… Rovers under 8s?”

“Yeah… Little Joseph is goal keeper” I smiled.

“Well we’ll pick him up… Mia is coming with me cus she’s got nothing else to do… A certain someone is still ignoring her” Katie laughed.

“You still fancy Zayn?” I snorted at Mia who marched off outside to Katie’s car with embarassment. Liam choked on the glass of water my mother had given him.

“She fancies Zayn?” Liam asked laughing. I just nodded and took his hand and we all made it out. Penelope tried to keep Liam from leaving. “I’ll be back little Penny”

Aww, he was so sweet. Now, time for our date.

So what do you guys think? This was a little shorter than usual, it was more of a filler chapter for the date scene...

Lemme know!
