NORA WAS NOT THE SHORTEST BEACON GIRL! That honor falls to the ice queen herself Weiss Schnee at 4'11"! The only reason she seems so tall is because of her 4" combat heels which puts her at 5'3". But unlike Louise and Weiss Nora accepts her shortness. That is all.
