Today on May 8 2015
Is a day I had never seen.
You and I have gone our separate ways
And a part of me dies along the hours and days.
You showed me pain and you showed me love
But now you gave me a chance to fly away like a pure white dove.
As tears roll down my cheek
I will never forget who I looked for when I was weak.
It's time for me to move on
Because you left me alone and now you're gone.
These memories will always remain in my heart
Even if you broke it and left it torn apart.
Time for me to heal and repair the past for the future
Because This will soon all be nothing but a blur.
Not through time and space
But in memories that will leave without a trace.
