today marks a whole 2 months since mikey went to jail and the worst thing is i dont know how long he'll be in there and theres no bail the court hasnt decided a stable date for his release and today he has a court hearing.
I get to find out why hes in there and his for sure date he'll be out after that i get to visit him and luckily this isnt the one where u talk behind glass i can actually sit next to him and talk to him this is going to be the first time ive seen him since they've took him we've wrote each other letters and ive sent him pictures of me and jordan and what he asked for (nothing like that).
I just got out the shower and i checked the time it was 7:15am me and jordan are out of school and chris is taking us since well.. i dont have my licences and jordan doesnt like driving when shes nervous.
I closed my bedroom door and dropped my towel i lotioned my body and put on my sweet pea lotion and perfume i slid on my white lace panties and bra and straightened my hair then i curled it in big loose curls by the way my hairs gotten way longer now it goes to the middle of my back, but anyway i put on a black highwaisted skirt with flowers on it and a white crop top but my stomach wasnt really showing because my skirt was highwaisted i put on some white red bottom like heels except they were all white i looked in the mirror one last time then grabbed my phone and my house keys and went down stairs where chris and jordan were making out.
"Guys its 9:34 and um his hearing starts at 10" i said mushing their faces
"Your right lets go babes" she said grabbing me and Chris's hand.
Jordan is like ty's girly twin shes pretty same height as me and has long curly hair that goes to her lower waist but today she hadit straightened and it stops at her butt now shes the type to always wear heels and shit shes my best friend,my only friend actually.
Once we got there i stood behind ty and his lawyer soon as i seen him tears started to fall from my eyes his hair was curly and out not to long and his facial hair was growing in
He smiled at me and i smiled back.

"Officer Bailey Manroe Aganist Micheal Stevenson State your cases" the jugde said
" my client Micheal stvenson was arrested may 29th for Kidnapp and possession of a armed weapon theres no possible evidence for this and we'd like to know whom hes kidnapped and did the police who found the Armory have a search warrant out for particularly mr. Stevenson and mr.Stevenson only" Ty's lawyer explained
Then the officers lawyer began to talk
"Sir we did not have a search warrant and the kidnap of Alexandria Rose Was put out to him By, A Man named Marcus Angelo That is Her Legal Guardian until she is exact age of 18 years And He stated that Ms.Rose was last seen With Mr.Stevenson-
His lawyer was cut off by micheals lawyer
Marcus Angelo Yeah thats the man that i couldnt say his name not because of pronouncian but because i just simply couldn't all that pain what a terrible man he doesnt wsnt happiness for anybody but himself soon as i start to enjoy my life hes going to take it away i know he will.
I looked over and micheal was whispering something into his lawyers ear
"We Have Proof From Ms.Rose herself That she is safe and certainly wasnt kidnapped she was getting away from Mr.Angelo Because he does Unspeakable Things to Her"
"Can we Bring Ms.Rose to the Front stand please" the judge said
A officer can over to me and escorted me to a stand next to the jugde
"Ms.Rose You Must tell the whole truth And Nothing But the truth" The judge said
"Proceed" he added
"Well, Late November Mr.Angelo locked me in his basement and i managed to escape, i registered myself in a hotel not far from his home and thats where i met my old middle school friend who is micheals sister,jordan and one day Mr.Angelo came to get me from the residence And i refused and i told micheal and jordan what he has done to me and Micheal Being Protective and kind refuse to let me be in the hands of Mr.Angelo" i stated with my voice cracking every now and then
"Is this true Mr.Stvenson.?"
Micheal nodded then the judge looked around the court room
"Micheal Stevenson Is found Not Guilty and Will Be released From City County July 31st" The judge stated then Banged his Baffoil.
When the court session was over Everyone Scurried away And micheal was escorted Some where Where i couldnt even see him any longer.
I checked my phone and it was 12:01 and i had to go see micheal at 1 So i had time to eat and Go back to the county to see him until 4 Which was Perfect.

We talked and laughed and it was the best time ive had since he's been gone and before i knew it,it was time to go he gets released the day after tomorrow so there wont be anymore visits while he remains in there and im so excited my stomach is turning just thinking about it.
