"Sevii! Babyy!" 

I heard screams from the bathroom.

"Elyse? Bakit?" I continuously knocked at the door.

Elyse opened the door and saw her crying.

"Baby what happened?" I turned her face on me.

I look down to her hands and saw... a pregnancy test.

"W-what is that?" I stuttered.

"I'm pregnant." happy tears fell from her eyes.

I hugged her so tight and started screaming.

Seven and Kiel appeared and got scared.

"What happened daddy?" Kiel asked.

"Mommy's pregnant Kiel!" Seven pointed out the pregnancy test.

Both of them were chanting for a baby sister. I was hoping for a girl too, I'm pretty sure same goes with Elyse.

I had 2 kids already but the excitement for a new baby felt like the first time we had Seven.

"Kaya pala sobrang sungit mo simula pa last last week!" I hissed.

"What masungit? Who's masungit?" Elyse sounded defensive.

"Naalala mo, one morning ginigising mo ako to prepare you breakfast. Ang sabi ko 5 minutes lang, bigla kang umiyak dyan at nagsisisigaw ng 'Hindi na ako mahal ni Sevi'" I mimicked her voice.

She punched my left arm and rolled her eyes on me.

I pulled her and make her sit on my lamp.

"Joke lang eto naman si buntis." while I caressed her hair.

"You're being bully again, Sevi. Eversince college ganyan ka na always to me." she frowned.

"But that made you fell for me?" I smirked.

She was trying to contain her mad look but she just couldn't resist me.

"Fine!" she was blushing this time.

Our routine became calming. Every time she needed something I will go and find them for her.

It was a gloomy morning and I had to prepare breakfasts for us. Elyse has an appointment today for the baby's gender reveal. 

"Daddy?" Kiel walked towards me scrunching his nose.

"Yes baby?" I asked while frying bacons.

"Who's gonna be with us today?" he asked me as he looked at the pan.

"Tito Arkin and Tita Via will be here maya maya." 

He looked excited to hear that Arkin's coming. I don't know why but they get along all the time.

I prepared the bread, hot chocolate, bacon and eggs before Elyse wakes up.

I took a shower while she was eating, when Arkin and Via came.

"Hoy Sevi ingatan mo si Elyse ha!" 

"Hoy Arkin ingatan mo mga anak ko!" 

Elyse bid her goodbye to Seven and Kiel, so do I.

"Boss Via, kayo muna bahala."

"No problem, Seb. Ingat kayo."

I felt how nervously Elyse was just by looking at her hand.

My left hand's placed on the stirring wheel and my right was holding her.

"Nervous?" I asked her.

"Kinda, it feels like the first time." she awkwardly smiled.

"Mrs. Camero, next na po kayo."

"Good morning, Doc." we both greeted.

"Good morning Mr. and Mrs. Camero."

Just like the usual, she would ask how Elyse was doing.

The ultrasound started and she was curiously looking at the monitor.

"Doc, what gender po?" Elyse asked.

She smiled back at us.

"Congratulations Sevi and Elyse, it's a baby girl Camero."

I kissed Elyse hand with full of love and excitement.
