The world is named Scria. It has about four gigantic continents, two of which are liked together, and several smaller continents which tend to hold no more than three kingdoms. Many Kingdoms are under the direct rule of the Empire, which had been founded by its one and only emperor.
In the beginning of the Prologue (though unwritten), the Emperor will have died through unnatural means.
Scria has three moons. Pyta, Vrona, and Yirlt.
There are eight days in a week, 13 months in a year.
