I don't think the greatest gift from god
Is life
I think god knows that too
He knows humans are selfish creatures
He created them so
But he also created this magical connection
It can occur between anyone
And anything,
Love
You could love a person
Animal
Sport
Hobbie
Ornament
The list is endless
Love is a connection
between a memory and joy
Both melt together
In this bubbling pot that is the heart
The reaction causes
Painful smiles
A painful heart
Red face
Anxiety
Worry
Yet still,
although this could be described as an illness
It is not
Why?
Because it is simply the most heavenly thing
Us earthly bodies can experience
All I want in this world is to love
And to be truly loved
Then life and living,
won't matter
