Bowels coil and jaws clench
Shadows break shadows bend
Mind in fear of everything
Cannot move a single limb.
Fingers tingle as they furl
Into a tight wounded ball
Anxiety screams
Let Me Out!
Every sentence, casts a doubt
Every letter, bleeding out
Heart pulsing... so devout
Yet also praying, to pass out.
Shoulders tighten
Muscles ache
Eyes are frightened
Big mistake!
I'm fighting daily
Even per second
To keep my sanity
Tightly checked.
Someone save me
For I'm drowning
Please don't leave me
Don't! I'm begging.
Air is fading
From my chest.
Death is charming
In a vest.
