                       ~Rachel's POV~

I woke up, eyes puffy and red from crying. I walked down the stairs, hoping to find a letter on the table. I didn't.

I sat down and waited for Lori to come over with breakfast. I walked around the house for a little bit until I heard a knock on the door.

I opened it and was immediately disappointed.

"Hello Tyler" I groaned, taking the food from him.

"Lori couldn't come so I brought it for her"

"Well mission completed. Bye Tyler" I started to close the door.

"Wait" he opened the door again.

I groaned.

"Wanna go to the park? You're very pretty" he smirked.

"No. Bye Tyler." I pushed him out of the doorway.

"But-"

"Bye Tyler" I slammed the door in his face and sighed.

I ate my breakfast alone and went back upstairs. I sat down on my bed and read the letters again. I had most of them memorized.

God I missed him.

                     ~Ranboos POV~

I went over how'd I confess in my head over and over again, pacing the floor of my bedroom.

Was this the right thing?

I looked outside my window and frowned. It was still light out. I had to wait until dark so I could sneak away.

I decided to go out into the garden and pick a bouquet of flowers for her. I remember she said she like lilacs the best so I picked a bunch of those with some roses and other flowers.

I dug around in some drawers and found some twine. I tied a bow around the bouquet and set it on my desk.

The sun was setting so I grabbed a bag and filled it with anything I may need. I watched the sun set and tried to calm the nerves in my stomach.

Was this really the best thing to do?

The sun finally set and I left the castle, sneaking through the whole in the wall. I had gone through some documents earlier and found her address.

I made my way to her house and knocked on the door. No response.

                     ~Rachel's POV~

I heard knocking on my door and groaned. It was probably Tyler again so I ignored it. A few minutes later, the knocking stopped and I heard someone walk away.

I was sitting on my bed when I realized I didn't eat dinner. Lori had dropped it off but I hadn't eaten it yet. My stomach rumbled a few times before I gave in and went downstairs to the kitchen.

I slowly walked down the stairs and grabbed the food on the counter. I sat down and ate the food, trying to entertain myself.

I heard a tapping on the kitchen window.

I looked over and my eyes widened. I got up quickly and walked over to the window. I opened it and stood there shocked.

"Ranboo..?" I stood there, looking him up and down.

"Yeah. Can I come in? It's really cold" he looked around nervously.

"No. We agreed we can't be doing this." I shook my head, trying to get rid of the relief I felt when I saw him.

"We need to talk Rachel. Please." he looked into my eyes.

"Fine. Go back to the door." I sighed and walked to the front door.

He smiled brightly and speedily walked over to the door. I unlocked it and opened it and he walked in.

"Thank yo-"

"What Ranboo. Make it quick." I crossed my arms.

"Right sorry. Can we sit?" he fidgeted with the bag he was wearing.

"Fine." I sat down and he sat down across from me.

He took a deep breath and started talking.

"My father is currently gathering potential brides."

My heart dropped.

"But I was thinking all yesterday and that's not what I want."

My heart fluttered.

"I don't want to marry a princess or anyone else." he made eye contact.

"If it's ok with you, I want to marry you"

My eyes widen and I looked at him.

"Ranboo are you serious? Because if you're joking I will be so mad-"

"Rachel."

"Because I feel the same way and I was so worried"

"Rachel." he raised his voice

"I'm sorry we fought-"

"Rachel." he whispered, grabbing my hand.

"Yeah?" I said in a small voice.

"Slow down" he smiled softly.

"Yeah sorry"

"So...?" he looked at me.

"Yeah.." I didn't even have to think about it.

"Yeah what"

"Yeah Ranboo. I'll marry you." I smiled

He smiled back and intertwined his fingers in mine.

I don't remember much from before I showed up here but I know you can't marry someone you've known for a month. Ranboo was different though. Also it was the 1600s.

"I should leave I know you wanted me to make this quick." he stood up

"Wait" I stood up with him.

He turned around and looked at me.

"Stay a little longer." I smile.

"Alright"

"I'll give you a grand tour"

"Ok" he chuckled

"So this is the kitchen, as you know" I smile

The tour went on and the last room was my room.

"This is my bedroom" I open the door.

He stepped inside.

"You kept the flowers..." he examined the bouquet.

"Yeah.."

"And the letters" he went through the letters quickly.

"Of course I did. But my flowers are wilting."

His eyes lit up and he dug into his bag. He pulled out a bouquet of flowers.

"For you"

"Thank you" I smile, taking the bouquet.

"You're welcome."

I examined the bouquet and smiled.

"You remembered"

"Remembered what"

"My favorite flower"

He looked at me and blushed.

"That is the right one right? I wasn't sure but I'm pretty sure that was it-"

"Ranboo" I cut him off.

"Yeah?"

"Thank you." I stared at him.

He gathered me into a hug quickly and held me tight.

"I'm glad you like it" he whispered, an obvious smile on his face.

"Why wouldn't I" I whispered back.

I hope this never ends.
