"He pulled out...he never does that, it's really the end." Allure trailed off as she wiped her eyes. Maiya sat her free hand on Allure's shoulder.

"Maybe this is just a bump in the road Lu." Maiya spoke, Allure shook her head no. "He basically picked doing him over me."

Allure was hurt, and she hadn't been this hurt since she realized her mother wasn't coming back when she was a child. It was a lot for her to process, Monday she was in love and by Friday she was coming to terms that it was over.

Her heart was aching and her mind was cloudy, like always when she was sad—it ended up resurfacing her childhood pain. She couldn't help but to wonder why she always had to heal from something.

Although Allure was sad, work didn't stop. She still played her hand in helping with Asear. Even when Maiya suggested that she go home and relax, Allure declined. She needed something to keep her mind from wondering anyway.

"You know I been craving?" Allure questioned as she slapped the small shipping label on the box and made sure it was smooth and free from air bubbles, "What?" Maiya replied.

"Crown and coke." Allure announced, Maiya slightly made up her face before laughing. "That grown man ass drink." Allure laughed as well, she definitely grew fond of the combination because of Damar.

"It's good though." Allure chuckled, "You wanna go to this bar over here?" She added, the warehouse was surrounded by many other businesses. Restaurants, bars, hookah lounges and much more. Allure planned to visit all of them soon and make her face known.

"Yeah." Maiya replied as she got up from the desk, she slipped on her north face coat. "I hate that I got this on though." She added as she eyed herself in their full length mirror. Maiya wore an olive green bass pro shop long sleeve shirt with a pair of black jeans, on her feet were a pair of chest ugg boots. Her long sew in was covered at the top by a mea culpa beanie.

"You look fine, it's just a bar." Allure assured as she slipped on her coat as well, although it was only fall—nighttime felt like winter.

The girls walked side by side out their space and through the hallway, after they made it outside the bar was a straight shot down the street.

The bar was pretty packed, the music being played let Allure know what kinda crowd they were amongst. It wasn't many people of her skin complexion around, but she didn't mind.

The girls found two empty bar seats and took them, although they came for drinks they couldn't help but to browse the food menu as well.

"You wanna share a spinach dip?" Maiya questioned, Allure nodded her head yes. Just as craved Allure ordered her crown and coke, Maiya went with a lemon drop. Allure couldn't help but to look around, mainly because she wanted to get a feel of her surroundings.

"You know him? I feel like he keep looking over here." Maiya spoke, "Who?" Allure questioned, judging by who was in this bar—she didn't know anybody.

Maiya slightly nodded her head in that direction, there sat Kyren on the opposite side of them. He wore a pair of thick rectangular shades on his face. His hair was no longer in neat braids and worn freely, Allure watched as he slowly sipped his brown alcoholic beverage. He sent Allure a head nod, causing her to send him back a wave.
