We finally got back home and I plopped on the ground. I looked at my screen.
"I'm proud of you. You sang beautifully! Love you xx"
It was a message from Sophia. How could she know? She wasn't even there.
"Thanks! Mom and dad talked to you about it? :) xx"
I had just turned on the tv when she texted me back.
"Actually no, you should check out the internet."
I shivered. Oh god, what was happening to me.
I read the articles. 'Bella Lovato follows her mom.' 'Bella Lovato turns out to be the next popstar.' 'Demi Lovato's daughter a shining star.'
I closed my phone. This could not be happening.
My mind was blowing up. Tonight was crazy. But it was fun. Mom and dad sat down next to me as I was texting with my friends.
Alexa-Great job gurll xoxo
Dave-Proud of ya!!
Mia-You were purffectt :) xx
I scrolled through my new messages as I saw one from an unsaved number.
"Told you to hide better. But your performance was amazing. Good night x -L"
I swallowed. 'Laura?'
My mom and dad looked at me confused.
'What's with Laura, sweetheart?' My mom asked worriedly.
I shook my head. 'Na-nothing.'
I gave them a kiss and went upstairs.
"Laura?" I texted back.
"Yes?" She texted back immediately.
"How are you alive?"
"Well, I guess just like everyone else. Breath in, breath out."
I sighed. Yup, this was Laura.
"You're kidding. Can I meet you?"
"When?"
"Soon. I've missed you."
"Okay, what about tomorrow. Don't bring mom or dad. I'll be at your school at 4.30?"
"Great. See you then."
I put my phone on my nightstand and laid down on my bed.
I just had a conversation with my not-so-dead-twin sister.
A/N: Thank you for the 200 reads!! Hope you guys like this chapter. It's a short one, I know, but the meeting deserves a chapter on its own. I'll update soon! Xx
