"Very happy." He supplied before starting to cough. Willow sat up worriedly and Bree patted his back while Adam gave him the forgotten cup of orange juice. "Thanks." He offered when he wasn't coughing up his left lung. "For everything." Chase added.

And when Davenport came down ten minutes later with soup and ice chips, he found the four of them curled around one another. He smiled and found a place to sit until they woke up.

Bree

"M' not sick." Bree protested crossing her arms. Her flushed face and congested nose told a different story however. Chase scoffed before pressing the back of his hand to her forehead. He waited a minute before taking it off.

"100.9, your fever says otherwise." Willow looked up from where she was reading to frown at Chase, "Sometimes I think you're more robot than human." She said quietly, Chase flipped her the bird and she blew a kiss in retaliation. "Not sick." Bree insisted grabbing her book-bag and walking and out of the house. As soon she was out of the house, she was overtaken by a coughing fit, but she refused to admit she was sick. So she contained you on her way.

She was sick, she couldn't even remember why she wanted to go to school so bad in the first place. Between her pounding headache, Perry's gross misuse of school funds, and her increasing nausea, Bree was miserable. Her Algebra teacher was droning on about parabolas and Bree wanted to cry. She reached for her book bag so she could text Mr. Davenport to come pick her up.

"Miss Davenport!" Her teacher called out, Bree's head snapped up to see why. "Care to tell me what's happening on the board." Bree did not care to tell her what was happening on the board.

"Uhhh, math?" She tried. Her teacher walked to Bree's desk and held out her hand, "phone please." Bree wanted to cry but handed it over. "Try and pay attention please." She still had half an hour until classes ended. She figured she should take notes so she opened her book bag again to get the notepad but when she looked down she saw DayQuil, pain killers, and some orange juice with a note on it.

Dear Bree,

We knew you were sick, I don't know why you wanted to go to school, but there's no talking you out of it when your mind is set. If for whatever reason you can't get ahold of Davenport, Chase is monitoring your chip, just hold it for a couple seconds and he'll get ahold of Tasha to come get you. (Willow)

Until then, 25 mg of DayQuil every four hours, 100 mg of the pin killers every six, and keep yourself hydrated. (Chase)

Bree, I hope you feel better and when I see you in fourth period I have your favorite hoodie and snacks. Also, Chase helped me program Funeral Mishaps on my laptop so home ec can wait. (Adam)

I went last to spell check Adam, you're welcome, and my mom makes killer chicken noodle so if you even have a hint of a headache get ahold of Chase. You don't want to miss out. And sick days are great, aside from being sick, you get to grind peoples nerves, watch whatever you want and have an excuse for being lazy. A teenagers dream, take advantage. (Leo)

Love you!! Feel better.

Bree smiled to herself and pressed her hand to the back of her neck, they annoy her ti no end, but her siblings are pretty all right.

Leo

Bree tried not to rip apart her magazine when she heard Leo ring his stupid bell. He was so nice when she was sick and she wanted to rerun the gesture but he was driving her up the walls.
