I was looking through Abi's Instagram when I stopped on a picture of a woman and a young boy.

"Kevin?" I asked, looking up from my computer.

"Yeah, what's up, buddy?" He asked back.

"What was her brother's name?"

"I don't know. I know her father's name."

"Yeah, I know her father's name."

"Her mother is Julie Smith and the brother is Samuel Smith." Said Kim as she turned her computer round to face us.

"Okay, now check their date of death."

"Death?" Asked Kim.

"Yeah. Her principal said they died in a car accident."

"Um, no. They are very much alive."

"What?"

"Yep. They live in Michigan. Samuel goes to Michigan County High School and the mother works at Heather's Shoes."

"Heather's shoes?" Questioned Hailey.

"Yeah."

"That is like a very rich brand of shoes. You have to have an extremely clean record to work there."

"Well it is clean."

"Not even a parking ticket?" I asked.

"Nope. Completely clear."

"Okay. So the parents aren't dead. Or one parent. Where's the dad?"

"I don't know. There is no information on him." Said Kim.

*Hank's Pov*

"Hey, kid." I said to Abi as she was talking to Trudy.

"If you came down, why did I have to bring these down?" She asked.

"Because I wasn't planning on coming down but everyone said they are hungry so we are going out to get food."

"Oh." She said and looked down as she hugged her stomach.

"You okay?" I asked.

"Yeah. Just not really hungry."

"What? You took my money to buy something from the vending machine."

"For Kim. She's having cramps and says she fancies chocolate."

"Are you sure you're not hungry?" I asked as I heard her stomach rumble.

"I guess I could eat something." She said and followed me to my car.

"Nice car." She said as I started driving.

"Cheers. So, what do you like to do?"

"Skateboarding but you already know that because you've seen my Instagram."

"What? No, we haven't."

"I might be a kid but I'm not stupid."

"Okay. So, what else?"

"I like to meet up with my friends."

"What friends?" I asked.

"Haha. Everyone makes those jokes."

"No, I'm serious. You lied about your friends. They don't exist."

"Wow. Here I thought you wanted to be my friend but no, you just wanted to solve your case."

"We do want to solve this case but I also want to know what you're like."

"I like skateboarding, sunsets, dogs, motorbikes and Jordans."
