PALATINE'S STRUGGLE (COMPLETED)

15. WAR

Few days passed away. Everything was great in the kingdom. Nihar was taking proper care of Jannat. Surbhi was being oversweet with her. Her all demands were getting fulfilled. Supriya and Smita were burning seeing all this.

Presently, all brothers were sitting in courtroom with their main advisors. Siddharth was sitting on his singhasan. They all were doing meeting, checking if everything was ready to launch the war against MahaMay Kingdom. "Hamare yodha poori tarah se iss yudh ke lie tyaar hai Maharaj. Aap bass hukam kijie." said senapati (Army head) of king standing up on his seat. "Bohot achhe." praised Siddharth. Senapati joined his hands and bowed in front of Siddharth and sat back. "Jitne bhi Rajya iss yudh mein bhaag (participate) lene wale hai ve sab ne apni apni senae tyaar kar li hai. Aur hume un sab ke sandesh mile hai ki ve hamare aadesh (order) ka intezaar kr rhe hai." informed Nihar. Siddharth nodded.

"To aap sab ka kya vichar hai hume aakraman (attack) ka aadesh de dena chahie?" asked Siddharth. "Maharaj Siddharth hume yhi lgta hai ki hume aur vilamb (delay) nhi krna chahie." said Abhishek. All the advisors agreed. "To theek hai. Hum sheegra se sheegra aakraman krke apne pitashri ki antim ichha pooran krna chahte hai." announced Siddharth. "Jitne bhi Rajya hamare saath yudh mein jaane wale hai. Un sab ko sandesh bijwa dia jae ki ve jitna jaldi ho sake Mahamanyu Rajya ki taraf prasthaan (leave for) kare. Hum sab ek saath yha se MahaMay Rajya par chadai krenge. Rajkumar Ridham hum chahte hai ki saare sandesho ki zimmedari aap le." ordered Siddharth. "Jo aagya Maharaj." said Ridham bowing down. They all discussed few more things. A particular day was decided to attack and all kingdoms were asked to before that day.

Ridham personally checked all letters written to different kingdoms as per Siddharth's orders. All brothers checked the performance of their armymen. They felt proud of their army's strength and devotedness to their Kingdom.

Skip to day of attack. All brothers were ready to go for war. Avneet entered Siddharth's chamber with Kajal behind her. Siddharth smiled at them. Avneet made him ready with his sheilds and weapons. At last she made him wear the crown. She took aarti wali thaal and did his aarti and put tilak on his forhead. "Hum aapki vijay (victory) ke lie prarthana (prayer) krenge." said Avneet smiling. Same with rest of the Rajkumars. Vaishnavi did Abhishek's aarti and made him ready for war. Tisha did it for Nihar and Anushka unwillingly for Ridham.

"Hume bhi jaana tha yudh ke lie." said Anushka whinning. Ridham sighed and cupped her face. "Dekho Anushka. Hum tumahri ichhao (wishes) ki bhavnaoo (feelings) ki poori kadar karte hai. Kintu hum kuch nahi kar skte. Teeno matae aur bhayia kabhi isske lie raazi nahi honge. Hum kya kare? Hum unke khilaaf to nahi ja sakte na ab. Bade hai humse saare. Ab aesa chehra (face) banakar nahi. Hume khushi khushi rawana (send) kro. Taaki hum jald jald se ye yudh jeetkar apni Anushka ke paas wapis aa jae." said Ridham. Anushka smiled at him a bit. Ridham chuckled at her.

All the brothers went towards the temple to take blessings. Their mothers were waiting for them. They went to them and touched their feet. They gave them blessings. They marched out with their army. When all kingdoms started coming there one by one. First came army of Kaush Rajya led by their senapati. At last Dev came followed by a group of ladies ready for war along with Priya shocking everyone. "Ye sab kya hai?" said Supriya coldly. Anushka smiled at her thinking atleast someone's dream got completed. "Jamai Raj kya hum jaan sakte hai ki aurte yaha inn vastro (clothes) mein kya kar rhi hai?" asked Abhishek controlling himself.

"Avashya. Vivah ke pashchaat Priya ne humse ek vinnti (request) ki thi ki veh asrtra (weapons) seekhne ki vidhya (education/training) leni chahti hain aur har aane wale yudh mein hamara saath dena chahti hai. Aur humne unki yeh baat badi prasannta (happily) se maan li aur apne pitashri se baat ki aur unhone bhi khushi khushi anumati dedi. Unse prerit (inspire) hokar in saari aurto ne astra vidhya seekhi hai. Aur hum bade garv ke saath aapko ye batana chahenge ki ye sab hamari bohot hi takatwar yodha hai." answered Dev proudly with a smile. Anushka was extremely happy listening this while others were trying to digest everything.

"Parantu aurte yudh mein nahi jaati. Ve keval ghar ke kaamo ke lie hai. Hum iski anumati nahi denge." said Supriya coldly. "Kshama (apology) chahta hu mata shri. Kintu ye to aapke rajya ka niyam (rule) hai na. Aur inmese koi bhi stree (lady) aapke rajya ki nahi hai. To inhe yeh niyam maanne ki kya awashyakta hai?" asked Dev innocently to which Supriya gritted her teeth. "Kintu Rajkumari Priya...." Supriya started but Dev cut her in between. "Mata shri ve Mahamanyu Rajya ki Rajkumari thi. Kintu ab wo Kaush Rajya ki sunbai aur hamari patni hai. Islie yadi hume ya Kaush Rajya ke Maharaj yani hamare pitashri ko koi aappatti (problem) nhi hai to aapko bhi nahi honi chahie." said Dev. No one dared to say a word.

"Dekhlo Smita behn. Tumahri sunbai to hai hi aesi. Tumhara beta bhi uske peeche haath se gya. Ab beti bhi dekhlo. Yudh ke lie jaa rahi hai. Aur jamai ko pata lia. Huh!!!" whisper taunted Surbhi. Smita was just quitely looking down not knowing what to say. One by one all kingdoms reached there. "Pehle to aap sab ka dhanyavad krte hai jo aap sab hamare saath iss yudh mein shaamil ho rahe hai. Aur hum aap sabko yeh btade ki kuch bhi ho hume MahaMay Rajya ke kisi bhi nagrik (citizen) ko koi haani (harm) nahi pohonchani hai." announced Siddharth.

They all marched towards MahaMay Rajya. Their army got alert seeing such a huge troop marching directly towards castle. They informed their king who ordered his army to be at each entrance in order to stop them from entering. But the troop was so large that they entered inspite of their every possible try to stop them.
