Chapter 2: Dealing with pests

Kaiba was now working on his homework in his dorm even if he didn't like it. Next to him were a bunch of books about Dusts, Semblances, and Aura. The history of Remnant. Also, the book about the smartest people.

He was figuring out how to bring the Kaiba Corps to this world? Maybe taking over Mantle? And then Atlas? After that... He'll go to Vacuo and Menagerie. He needed to get anything to black mail Jacques or Ironwood. So then he can overthrow them. The next problem will be the Council of Atlas and Mantle. He lost his train of thought when suddenly he was called down by Glynda to meet in Ozpin's Office.

"Mr. Seto please report to the headmaster's office now!" Glynda's voice on the monitor.

Kaiba sighs to himself as he gets up from his chair with his duel disk in his hand. As he enters the office he sees Ozpin, and Glynda in the office.

"Ah, Mr. Seto, good to see you." Ozpin greeted him.

"What do you want Ozpin? To waste my time?" Kaiba asked as he's getting tired of being called into this boring looking dull office.

"Please, Mr. Arc show some respe-" Glynda ordered him but she was interrupted when suddenly a monster came out of the ground holding a large axe. Next thing she saw was a monster pointing the blade right next to her face less than a few inches away showing Kaiba was warning her not to call him that.

"It's Seto Kaiba, remember that weakling." Kaiba says, "Kaiser Vorse Raider stand down." The monster listens to its master.

She was shocked by Jaune's new attitude but Ozpin calms the atmosphere down.

"He is right, Glynda. He's no longer an Arc so I suggest that you call him by his new name." Ozpin tells Glynda, "So, Kaiba, I have a question for you, why did you change your name?" Ozpin asked him.

"During my time here after the bullying I received no thanks to you... I soon started to regain some of my memories of who I really was and my goal on defeating him." Kaiba replies.

"Him?" Glynda asked in confusion. Who was he talking about?

"My rival... Yugi Muto." Kaiba reveals the name that he respects and hates.

"Yugi Muto... May I ask why you want to defeat this person?" Ozpin asked as he wanted to know everything. He needed to get Kaiba on his side.

"That's only for me to say Ozpin." Kaiba tells Ozpin.

"Very well, Mr. Seto, you can leave now." Ozpin tells him.

"Thanks for wasting my time." Kaiba gets up and walks away to the elevator, "But know this Ozpin, everyone here and around the world will know this power. The power of a Duel King. The power of Seto Kaiba."

Kaiba enters the elevator and presses the button to go down.

"Are you sure we can trust him sir?" Glynda asked Ozpin.

"Not quite yet Glynda, but until then let's keep an eye on him." Ozpin tells her.

"I understand sir." Glynda says.

Kaiba was inside the library and he was sitting by himself reading his book. Knowledge is power and he needed to know everything about Remnant. Suddenly his former sister June Arc and his former friends all walked up to him.

Weiss saw Kaiba's duel disk. She tried to take it for herself but was stopped when Kaiba immediately grabbed her hand and squeezed tightly.

"What do you think you are doing Schnee?" Kaiba asked.

"That device that you got there doesn't belong to you Arc. It belongs to Atlas where everyone is worthy and you're not." Weiss tells him.

Kaiba begins to chuckle a bit which makes the group irritated. "I'm not worthy? Don't make me laugh, Schnee! You know nothing of what I can do with this! I made this by myself and no one else in the world has this. Not even Jacques Gelé. I'm worthy of this because I made it." Kaiba tells the group.
