Tears falling down my cheeks
My heart starts to race
I can no longer breathe
I sit on the floor of my shower
Breathe I tell myself
Please just breathe
But I can't 
There's a sharp pain in my chest
Oh god what have I done
I wipe the tears with shaking hands
Why is everything going black...
