Chapter Six

As I walked through the village, I tried to keep my head down and avoid getting noticed. The last thing I wanted right now was to get caught up in conversation. I've been awake for three days walking, and really just want to tell the Hokage that Seiko Sutāsākuru was back in the village. Hopefully he would just let me rest afterwards.

"Come in.." A raspy voice called through the door. I opened it slowly to see Lord Hokage sitting behind the desk.
He smiled at me. "Yes, what can I do for you ma'am?"

"Erm... My name is Seiko Sutāsākuru.."

His eyes instantly widened.
W-Was I considered a missing nin? That can't be possible... I wasn't even a ninja when I left. So why is he so surprised? What happened?

"We've been.... You were declared dead years ago, Seiko..."

I really wanted to make this one longer but I've been going through some bullshit with my fiancé because he might be cheating on me with this perfect girl and I'm just a.... Anyway, sorry for the short chapter... Again...
