Gasping as I wake from my sleep. The dream I had felt so real, only now I can't remember. Trying to close my eyes once more to enter another dream only for my mother to enter the room. "Time to get up." She says as she opens the blinds. Groaning I roll over to cover my eyes.

"Come on Racheal, your gonna be late"

"Ugh but school is soooo boring" I just wanted to sleep and not have to worry about anything for once.

"Oh come on honey it's not that bad" She reassures me before walking out.

Rolling myself out of bed, I walk over to my closet to pick out my outfit. I decide on a brown tank top, brown and tan striped pants, and my filla sneakers. swinging open the door before making my way down the stairs. "I made you some waffles sweetie" As she hands me my plate.

"So your father and I have been discussing a few things" I look over worried.

"Mum I really don't want to find anyone right now I'd rather enjoy being alone and spending time with you guys."

" I know but.."

"Let me guess you want grandchildren," I say sarcastically.

"Well actually I really do; I want to hear the little patter of feet running around the house again." My face turns to shock as she says this.

"MOM! I'm only 16 stop trying to marry me off for some babies; it's not funny" I start fuming with rage. The fact that she wants to marry me off when I still have a few more years of high school.

"I can't help it, but I understand I'm sorry just think about it okay?" She gives me this hopeful look.

"Fine; I guess I think about it"

I try to finish my breakfast in pieces but the look my mother keeps giving me is starting to creep me out. After about 5 minutes she finally gives up and goes to start the car. I dump my plate in the sink before making my way back up the stairs. My desk was covered in papers; stashing them all into my backpack before rushing back down the stairs. The front door was left open. As I grab my keys and rush out the door I see my mother driving off.

I am about to continue walking to my car but a large truck speeds past me. It doesn't slow down as it nears my mother's car. The feeling of dread washes over me as the truck hits her car. Sprinting to get to my mom as the truck drives away. Her body slouched and covered by the airbag my little sister also slouched over blood running down her head.

Whipping out my phone; I dial 911 and give them the details they need. An ambulance and 3 cop cars pull up and I am asked questions left and right. They load my sister and then my mom into the ambulance before driving off to a hospital. Running to try to catch the ambulance only for the same truck to come back.

Everything goes black.
