I love writing.

You would think after my first book flop (Which was undoubtedly a low blow, despite it being a bit of my fault) I would give up and just quit.

But, here I am. Much stronger than before.

It isn't an easy feeling though. To see your work receive no form of appreciation or even negative criticism. Just nothing.

But, if I can't pull myself up and work towards what I really want then I don't deserve it. This book is a good book and I believe if it doesn't capture all of your hearts it will definitely reach the hearts of some people. If you want to criticize it, be sure to go ahead and do the needful. Your thoughts and suggestions will be greatly appreciated for my next book

What I wrote above was tailored two years ago so here's a little bit of writing from 2025 me.

Hi

Meeting the Good Boy (formerly Dating the Good Boy) is my baby.

Through heartbreak, loss, and a rollercoaster of life's chaos, this story has stayed with me. It's more than a romance—it's a world, a journey, a healing process. I've worked hard to build something that feels deeper, more grounded, and more human than anything I've written before.

And honestly? I think I did it.

But I'll let you decide that. Whether this story captures every heart or just a few, I know I created something I can be proud of. I fell for my characters—and I hope you will too.

Welcome and I hope you enjoy your stay here.

Okay Cao.

**TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️**
Certain chapters of this book exhibit violence doctored towards children m and women which are mostly physical.

**And the book kinda starts off slow but I promise going forward, you're gonna love it. Also, I did my possible best to enhance readability, forgive me if there are still a bunch of areas that seem worded too extremely, it's a habit I'm still tryna fix.**
