I wake up to go to the bathroom when I hear noises coming from outside the room shaking jaedin up he wakes up

"Jaedin there some people out there." I say.

He gets up and begins to put his clothes on and takes a gun out of nowhere my eyes grow wide I'm used to knives never guns that something new.

"Xidria put your clothes and stay right behind me do you hear me." He demands

Sir i watched karate kid when I was younger so I know how to defend myself. I whisper

"Xidria I am not playing with you right now."he looks at me .

He takes his phone out and starts calling someone in my head I begin to panic a little he grabs my hand and opens the door and walks out he sees someone in the corner and mumbles "these Russians ." One guy take notice of us and aims his gun to shoot us but jaedin gets their first and puts the bullet right in the middle of his head blood splatters all over the floor and memories of my mother and father and siblings death came flooding back .
