Chapter Eleven: Loving You A Little Too Much.

Annie's POV

"Love, punta kami ng El Nido tomorrow, gusto mo bang sumama?" Mari asked me as she prepares to go to work.

"El Nido, Palawan? Para naman yan sa ano, Pangga? Parati ka nalang kung saan-saan pumunta eh. Wala ka nang time para sakin." I replied while pouting.

"Kaya nga kita isasama, Love. I know na I've been busy with business trips for months now, but I'm about to be promoted as partner na sa firm, I really need this. It's also for us naman eh. Imagine pag naging partner na ako, we could finally afford our own house." She replied, trying to explain the situation to me.

"Eh hindi lang naman ikaw yung nagta-trabaho ah. Ako rin. I've been working my ass off to save for our future too pero never kitang iniwan-iwan nalang. Parati kitang inuuna kaysa trabaho ko." I snapped kasi parang sinasabi niya na siya lang yung umiisip ng future namin.

"Eh ba't parang tumataas na boses mo? Please don't pick a fight, Annie. Kung ayaw mong sumama dahil meron kang trabaho, hindi naman kita pipilitin kasi alam kong mahalaga rin yung trabaho mo and it is something that you love doing. Pero, Mahal please understand that my job is important to me too. Kaya kailangan ko talaga mag participate sa mga business trips na ito. Let's not fight na please. I love youuuu." Panunuyo niya sakin. Mabilis naman akong huminahon kaya I let her hug me.

"Eh kasi ikaw. It's like you're implying na you're the only one who thinks about our future. Ako rin no. I think about it all the time; that's why I'm working hard din." I replied, but this time in a softer tone. I know Mari hated it when I raised my voice at her.

"Yes, I know, and Love, I didn't mean it that way. Ang akin lang gusto ko, the love of my life is comfortable and is well provided. That's the only reason why I am working this hard. I want to provide you and our future kids the best things in life." She said while looking at me and wala na, natunaw na ako. I reached out to her and kissed her deeply.

"Pangga, Mahal na mahal kita. I'm sorry for raising my voice. Sorry if I always pick a fight with you especially if pwede naman nating pag-usapan ng mahinahon." I said in between our kisses.

"I love you more, Love. Shhhh... Don't mention it na. You're forgiven na. So, ano na? Sama ka? Punta tayo El Nido? Dun ka naman manggulo sa staff house namin." She said while teasing me. I softly slapped her arm.

"Loko ka talaga. I really want to pero I can't eh. I have to work overtime mamaya because we have an event sa office bukas." I said while hugging her.

"Nako, behave ka dun, Mari. Sinasabi ko talaga sa'yo. Pag ako niloko mo at pinagpalit sa babaeng naka-bikini, ewan ko talaga kung ano magagawa ko sayo." I immediately warned her while holding her tightly on the cheeks.

"Yes po, Mahal ko. Behave po talaga ako dun. Promise, business trip lang, walang leisure at tsaka maghahanap pa ba ako ng iba eh ang ganda-ganda at napaka-sexy kaya ng girlfriend ko." She said while acting like a soldier and giving me a salute.

We both laughed, and then she continued preparing for work, and I went to the other room to get her suitcase and start packing her clothes.

"Pangga, ako na bahala mag pack ng clothes mo ha... Ilang days ka du'n?" I asked loudly as Mari is still at our bedroom, nagbibihis for work.

"One night, two days lang, Love. Thank youuuu, Mahal!" She replied.

*Hmmmmm... what if e susurprise ko siya tomorrow? I could book the last trip to El Nido tomorrow evening after nung event namin sa office.* I thought to myself as I was packing her clothes.

"Love, hindi mo ba ako narinig?" She snaps her fingers in front of me.

"Ay sorry, pangga. I was thinking about something. Yes? What were you saying ba?" I replied as I stood up and looked in her direction.
