"So how's the day been treating ya new girl" Eddie spoke tapping his silver chunky rings on the wooden table, his eyes not coming off from Bonnie's,

"It's been alright I suppose, nothing special" Bon spoke noticing Eddie was wearing the same shirt as yesterday with the words 'Hellfire Club' on the front.

"Usually how it is in Hawkins, nothing special ever really happens" Eddie spoke without a smile this time and looking down at his rings, which Bon thought was unusual but then he never really smiled unless he said something cheeky or was slightly looking at her or was around his friends.

Bon just sat there opposite Eddie, the woods were quiet, all they could hear were the leaves brushing against each other in the wind and the sounds of the birds chirping to each other in the distance.

"Are you okay?" He asks looking at Bon who was caught in her thoughts, she looked back at Eddie when he spoke, he had a concerned look on his face, and so did Bon, she felt fine, she hoped she looked fine so she was confused when he asked,

"Yeah I'm okay" she says in a slightly positive tone which didn't help persuade Eddie, he just thought she was putting it on,

"What happened to your cheek?" He asked leaning in just slightly and ever so lightly touched her cheek, his soft fingers went over her little graze before he realised what he was doing and quickly moved back, like he felt bad for touching her without even asking,

"What?" Bon asked, until she remembered this morning with the car full of boys, she sort of forgot that she grazed her cheek, no one else seemed to notice, they only noticed the gash on her elbow, but Eddie noticed the little graze on her cheek, it made her wonder how did he notice it.

Bon felt her cheek and felt the graze that the dirt road did to her,
"Oh this? It's nothing really" Bon says trying to brush it off,

"Did someone do this to you?" He asked not changing the subject,

"Well, kind of but not exactly" Bon says hesitantly, she hates talking about herself, especially when it comes to something or someone that's hurt her,

Eddie just sat there, his soft eyes looking at hers trying to tell her to keep going,

Bon huffed slightly before she started talking,
"It was just Jason and his balls into laundry basket friends this morning-" Bon paused expecting to Eddie to slightly smile or say something at her reference from the lunch time saga, but he just sat there, listening. Listening to every word until she was done,

"-I was riding to school and they sort of, well kind of ran me off the road, causing me to graze my cheek but it's nothing bad" Bon shook her head and shrugged her shoulders trying to make it seem less worse then it already was,

"Piece of lowlife ass" he mutters under his breath trying to control himself about how he feels towards Jason and his muppets,

He looked up rather quickly,
"Your okay though right?" He questioned with concern,

"Yeah I'm use-" Bon pauses, she was about to say she was used to getting hurt or the constant throbbing pain in her cheek from Kevin and his punches, but she stops herself

"-I mean I'm alright now yeah, suppose I got some sort of revenge at lunch" Bon says trying not to smile at the thought,

Eddie leaned in, his elbow on the table holding his head up, he smiled revealing his dimples,

"I did see that, quite impressive new girl" he spoke with his eyebrows raised with amusement,

Bon laughed at his comment,
"Well I suppose it all started with you and your little ordeal" she spoke with a smile,

Eddie stood up frantically, turning his back before turning around to face Bon,

"So you did see it?" He asked already knowing the answer to his question,

"I mean how could I miss it, you were standing up on the table, talking rather loudly" she laughed, "so I thought it was the right time to get my revenge and so I did"

"You whispered back to him 'prick' after you spilt your food on him right?" He asked making sure he was right in what he heard.

Bon just nodded her head with a smile, in which he copied her  and smiled as well.

Just letting you know, that I am currently completing a diploma in Uni (which in America is like college? I think) so it does mean lots of studying and most of my time in class, so it's hard to write but I promise the chapters are coming!
