"And to prove to everyone once again that I am your Commander..." I yell, take out a dagger

I cut my hand letting my nightblood draw and hold my hand up earning a few gasps from the people who didn't know.

"Skaikru will remain the 13th clan. Ontari was a fraud and never bore the flame. In fact, she slaughtered the novelties in their sleep, dishonoring the conclave!" I announced

"You will allow Clarke and Abby to operate on the king is that understood?" I ask Echo

"Yes, Heda." She grumbles

"First I want to talk to Clarke, Bellamy, Indra, Tavia, Abby, and Kane alone." I say

We were inside of the sacred temple and I told Indra, Tavia, Abby, and Kane about how the world is ending in six months.

"Alie told you this?" Kane questions

"Yes."

"And you believe her?" Abby wonders

"Raven's looking in on it. I do believe her. Now, Clarke, Abby, and Tavia come with me to go to Roan." I say

We walk towards where Roan is being kept and Azgeda warriors stood up eyeing us down, but didn't do anything, knowing that they take orders from me now.

We barge into the big room to see multiple guards and a healer working on the king while Echo watches.

"Stop. Abby and Clarke will heal him. Not your healer." I order

"Yes Heda." Echo nods before motioning for the healer to leave

Abby and Clarke rush to Roan and look at the wound then quickly get to work.

"Once I get the bullet out, he should be able to breath normally." Abby says as she takes the bullet out carefully

"What now?" Clarke asks

"Now we wait... one second, his breathings too shallow." Abby replies

"You said his lungs were fine." Clarke worries

"No I said I thought so. It's possible a bone fragment could've lodged in the tissue." Abby explains before she stitches up Roan.

Soon after he woke up.

"Where is Ontari?" He asks

"Dead sire. Killed by them." Echo replies

"Watch your tongue, spy." I seethe

"Apologies, Heda." Echo sighs

"Heda?" Roan questions

"A lot happened while you were out. We couldn't save the fraud but Clarke did try. Anyways clear the room we need to speak to Roan." I order

"There's always something with Skaikru isn't there?" Roan rolled his eyes

"Roan, there's something coming. Something unlike anything we've ever seen before." Clarke frowns

"What's coming?"

"You know the fire that ended the world. Lexa called it Praimfaya. It'll be like that. A wave of radiation that'll kill everyone in its path." Clarke warned

"Our ancestors survived Praimfaya. And so will we."

"No you won't. Not this time. Not without us. Look even if I recite the lineage there will still be some against me since I'm literally Skaikru. So we're goanna need your help." I admit

"Science is our only hope. If we can't figure this out, we'll be dead in 6 months." Clarke says

Roan agreed to help us thankfully since I technically ordered him.

We were now outside and had gathered everyone to make an announcement.

"The City of Light has fallen and there is a new Commander to rule us. The rumors are true. Skaikru has a nightblood and she has ascended. She agreed to recite the lineage to begin her reign." Roan announced

I stood up in front of everyone and took a deep breath

"I, Aurora kom Skaikru promise to be a good leader as Lexa Kom Trikru was." I say

I then recite the lineage of all the past Commanders which surprised everyone since Ontari was a fraud. They probably had low expectations for me.

"Let it be known that Skaikru will remain as the 13th clan. That is all for now." I finish

We were given a seal from Roan so others would know that Skaikru is the 13th clan. The others might need to use it in the future since I can't be with them all at once to prove I'm a Natblita.

"Time to go." Bellamy says

"We'll do our best. To keep the king in his throne and to keep Aurora safe too." Kane reassures

"And we'll find a way to beat the radiation." Clarke nods

"If either of you screw this up, we die." I warn

"No pressure." Tavia adds

"It's getting dark. Let's do this." Clarke cuts in

Clark hugs her mom, then she hugs me which surprised me a little. I also hugged Bellamy then they left.

"The youth inherited the Earth." Kane realizes

"And they have 6 months to save it." Abby sighs
