Chapter 11- Christmas Suprise Pt.1

Everyone grabbed their school bags and walked out of the school laughing and talking.

"Where are y'all heading?" Prodigy asked as Alexa joined us.

"By my house." Alexa smiled. "Hi guys. It's nice to meet you. I'm Alexa Nguyen. I have nothing to do with the group unless it involves clothes, make up, and-- when they make it big-- album cover design."

"Hi Alexa. It's nice to meet you as well. Artemis has spoken a lot about you along with all of her other friends." Princeton smiled as his "slyly" slipped an arm over my shoulders.

I just smile as I pulled it down. He grabbed my hand then wrapped his arm around my shoulders so my arm was across my chest. I poked my tongue at him and he did the same to me.

"Hi. I'm Ray. You have a lot of energy." Ray shook Alexa's hand.

"You do too!" Alexa laughed.

"Whats up? I'm Roc. You are very beautiful." Roc smiled.

"Thank you, but pay attention to Isis, Mr. Player." Alexa smirked. We laughed at Roc's face.

"Can we come over?" Prodigy asked.

"I don't know. My parents are really strict when it comes to boys and I live in the ghetto." Alexa shrugged.

"Then let's chill at our house. My momma won't care-- she's at work. And Darian probably has some of his friends over or he's chilling in his room." Juno said.

"Yeah. And Christan will probably drop by with Ma'Kayla. So we don't have no worries." I added.

"Look me in my face. I ain't got no worries. I ain't got no worries." Brittany and Jari sang as my phone rang.

'Oh. The fire site is blazing bright. And we're carolling through the night. And this Christmas will be a very special Christmas for me. Yeah.'

My phone rang SWV's version of "This Christmas". Everyone started singing the song.

"Hello?" I answered my phone.

"How are y'all getting home?" Momma asked me.

"Alexa is gonna bring us home. Can we have some friends over? Before we go by Daddy?" I asked.

"I guess. Who coming over?" Momma asked.

"Isis, Brittany, Jari, Alexa, and the boysofMindlessBehavior." I said the last part quickly.

"The boys of what?" She asked.

"Mindless Behavior?" I said in a question as everyone laughed at my face.

"Artemis, my mom is here." Alexa said. I nodded.

"Can they come over? Poppy will be there so nothing will happen." I said.

"Yes Ms. Wendy. We will not touch your daughter's or their friends in any inappropriate way." Ray said loudly.

"We promise. And our managers will be there to watch us." Roc added loudly.

"Okay. But my house better be clean when I get home." Momma said.

"Alright. Bye." I hung up and smiled at my friends.

"Follow behind my mom and Ms. Drake, boys." Alexa said before we got into different cars.

Alexa, Juno, and I got into her mom's car. Isis, Horus, Jari, and Brittany got in Ms. Drake's car. The boys followed behind us.

Alexa told her mom to go to our house in Vietnamese. When we got to our house, I jumped out of the car with a quick thank you to Mrs. Nguyen then ran up to the front door to let everyone in.
