2 weeks later
Elena woke up next to Elijah she was happy she had her husband back she managed to get up she was tired she had stayed up last night helping Caroline and Stefan with Rosa, Liana, Cedric, and Deliah she had to sleep in a little and it was Saturday so she didn't care she said yawning "good morning Elijah" he said "good morning Elena" she got up and so did he they went in the bathroom she brushed her teeth and he did too then she got in the shower he went downstairs to leave he was going home she screamed in pain she turned the shower nob to off
she walked out she wrapped a towel around her she grabbed her phone and called Care she said "Care it hurts" Caroline said "what?" Elena looked on the floor she saw water Elena said "I'm in labor" then she screamed in pain Caroline said "ok stay calm I'm on the way to take you to the hospital" Elena said "hurry up" Caroline said "I will try" Caroline and Elena hung up after 20 minutes of screaming Caroline was here she saw Elena screaming in pain she immediately grabbed Elena's hand and dressed her in a dress there was still water on Elena she took Elena in her car and drove to the hospital she already told everyone expect Jeremy and Alaric they arrived in the hospital
Stefan, Rebekah, Elijah, and Caroline are in the delivery room with Elena screaming Dr. Lacy said "Mrs. Mikaelson I need you to push the hardest you can" Elijah walked closer to Elena he said "hold my hand squeeze it as hard as you want" she nodded she took Elijah's hand and started pushing she squeezed his hand so tight but he still didn't move from his wife she pushed again gripping tighter Dr. Lacy said "one more push Mrs. Mikaelson" Elena nodded she pushed as hard as she could then they heard crying
Dr. Lacy said "congrats a baby boy" she cleaned the baby off and wrapped the baby in a blanket and gave it to Elena she said "all this was worth it Elijah he's beautiful," Elijah said "just like his mother," Elena said "guys meet Avery Casey Mikaelson" Elena and Elijah watched their baby boy in awe Elijah held the baby then Caroline, Stefan, and Rebekah they loved their newest nephew
