Ranboo's POV
(Present time)

Tubbo latching onto me was a bit painful. I had been wearing my binder all day, and I had accidentally slept in it the night before. When he finally let go of me, he took my hand and dragged me to the living room.

"Tommy has been dying to see you." Tubbo said. "There's also someone here that we didn't know was gonna be here. She's not part of the SMP." He added. "Who?" I asked. "See for yourself."

We turned the corner and in the living room, there were two big couches that held: Tommy, Tubbo, Phil, Nikki, Puffy, Wilbur, George, Quackity, Dream, Karl, and Sapnap. But there indeed was another person. They were probably one or two years younger than Tommy.

"Ranboob!" Tommy shouted. "Hi, Tommy!" I smiled. "You look different than what I thought!" I just nodded at this. "Please, make yourself at home! I'll be in there in a bit." Dream said as he walked off to (what I assumed to be) the kitchen.

Techno, Tubbo and I went and sat down. I was beside of Karl on the couch that held him, the unknown person, Nikki, and Wilbur.

Karl seemed off. He just gave me a light smile before zoning out while picking at his nails. He was very skinny. Like, too skinny. Too skinny for his age.

"Hi, I'm Lana!" The unknown person, or Lana, said, reaching for my hand. "Ranboo." I smiled, shaking their hand. "I'm Karl's sister." "Oh! It's lovely to meet you!" I said. "Wow, Ranboo! You're so polite!" Tommy sarcastically said. "Just a habit." I smiled.

Suddenly, my phone started ringing. It was my mom. I knew this because 'Black Out Days' started playing over my speaker.

A muffled: "Speak in tongues. I don't even recognize your face... Mirror on the wall...Tell me all the ways to stay away, away, away." played. I pulled my phone out of my pocket.

"Give me a sec." I said, getting up and walking over to the wall so my friends didn't have to stay quiet.

"Hey, mom!" I said. "Hey, baby! Did you make it to Florida ok?" She asked. "Yup! All good! Even made a friend on the way." I was talking about Jordan. "That's nice! Here, your father wants to talk to you." I could hear her passing the phone to him.

"Hey, my boy! We're gonna miss you while you're gone!" He chuckled. I laughed. "I'll miss you too, dad." I smiled. "Remember to take your T and BC? Ok? And don't overuse your bind-" I cut him off.
(T is Testosterone and BC is Birth Control)

"Shh-" I shushed him, everyone turned to me. "Oh! Are your friends there?" He whispered the last sentence. "Yes, dad." I said. "Sorryyyy!"

I sighed.

"It's ok. I got to go now though." I said. "Ok! Bye, Alec!" Mom said. "Bye!" I said. "Buh-bye!" Dad said, hanging up. I slid my phone back into my pocket and sat back down.

"Parents?" Karl asked. I nodded. "What's with the ringtone?" Lana asked. "Ah, it's my mom and I's favorite song." I smiled. "Yooo! That's Karl and I's favorite song too!" She said. "Sweet."

"So, what's your real name, Ranboo?" Phil asked. "It sounded like your mom said Alex?" He added. "Alec. With a 'c'." I corrected him as politely as I could. "Like Alec Benjamin? Hmm? You gonna start singing some Devil Doesn't Bargain for us? Hmm?" Tommy joked.
