I look at dom and my face was like bitch wtf we do? and he smiled at me "it will be okay em we got this" he grabs my hand and holds it

"you better be right" I mutter I see the nurse seal something up in a envelope, "here are there genders, you have two healthy baby's" she says

"thankyou" I say "I'll give you two a minute" she says leaving. I look at dom again
"we're going to be okay right? are we sure we want to bring more innocent kids in the mafia life?" I ask being worried about it myself

"we've got this baby... this is our happy ending"
he says putting his hand on my cheek
"finally" I mumble putting my hand over his

we get a picture of the baby's scan photo and
we leave going home to see holly and kacey waiting for us, well waiting for the genders

we hand them the envelope and the smile and run upstairs "we should have a pool day" Nathan says popping his head out of the kitchen

"sounds fun, I'll let everyone know" Nate says
"anyway I'm going to my room" I say dragging my feet while walking

"I'll go with her to make sure she doesn't die" Dominic says following after me like a lost puppy

"be outside in 20 minutes" Nathan shouts as we walk off to our room

we get to our room and I feel different. I'm going to end up spending the rest of my life with Dominic and that doesn't even bother me.

he's perfect
his beautiful green eyes what would make anyone turn into stone even looking at them
he holds so much power and I can't lie it's making me weak in the knees

"what you staring at?" he asks knowing full well I'm staring at him "you, is that a problem?" I cockily say messing with him

"yeah it is. I have a beautiful pregnant girlfriend so leave me alone" he jokes and I smile at him
"wouldn't want to be her" I mutter but he heard me

I feel me feet lift off the floor as my back softly pressed against the wall with my legs wrapped around his torso and my arms wrapped his neck

"I still have some business in Italy I have to go take care off, come with me" he whispers in his deep heavy voice

"when?" I ask "on the 17th of April" he answered
"okay"

he smiles at me, GOD THAT SMILE

I couldn't help myself and I just charged at his lips, kissing him passionately as he does the same
his hands on my body.

I moan in his lips making him remove us off the wall and puts us onto of our bed
I'm sat on him with my legs around him feeling his erection

until a knock was at the door "you both better be ready, come on let's go" you hear Nathan say
"Nathan leave us alone" I say pissed off he's ruined the mood

I get of door and open the door "What." I ask and he's stood there "hurry up" he says and I look at him in full anger

"let me get this clear... you want us to hurry up, to go to our back garden and go in the pool?" I ask and he nods yes

"you do realise the pools not gunna run away chill out and stop bothering me" I say slamming the door in his face

"What a dickhead" I say and I hear Nathan shout "I can still hear you" making me roll my eyes

"god I can't even have sex without everyone disturbing me" I shout making probably the whole house hear

I turn to look at dom and see him laughing his head off "What's so funny" I ask curious
he gets up and stands right infront of me

"god I love you so much bambina" he says putting his hands on my waist and his head on my shoulder

I smile to myself "I love you too"

"finally there here" Nathan shouts as me and Dominic walk outside to see everyone

I have a black bikini showing off my baby bump
"we have news for you all..." I say and everyone gives me and Dominic there attention

"we have twins" Dom announces and everyone jumps up and starts hugging and congratulating us, we thank them all and I lay down on the sun bed and try to get a tan

"Emma get in the pool with me" I hear Luca says and I look up to see him in the pool swimming around with a massive smile on his face

I get up and make my way to the pool, I was planning to nicely get in the pool but Dominic got behind me and try's pushing me in but I ended up bringing him down into the pool with me

we both made it to the surface and started laughing at each other
