Ch•4 All Seeing Eye

"Should we wake up belle? She'd be screaming at us if we woke her up when we've just arrived" mable asked a bit nervous from past experiences "mason wake her up" Tyrone said while playing on his switch not even sparing a glance at him, mason only response with sighing then walking up to belle shaking her and whispered something to her, which made her shoot up, now fully awake she immediately ran to the shower and not even 10 mins later came back fully dressed hair done makeup done and from the looks of it she even properly washed "if only you were this fast when we go to the mall" "oh please, going to the mall and going to a magical academy where there's a chance we might die is two very different things, Mason" "so you want to look as fabulous as you can before you die?" "Yes" and before we knew it we arrived at the Academy "Attention students of the Evarys Academy, we've arrived at the academy, please make sure to take all your stuff with you before going off the train, your cabin door will open when it's your turn to go off the train to avoid any conflict, that's all thank you for listening" "welp you heard em make sure you got all your stuff," Mason said while standing up from the sofa he was sitting on "are we allowed to take the snacks we didn't eat?" "Just take them if you have room" "Ok".

We've already collected our thing and are now just waiting for our turn to go off the train "hey guys?" I said "yeah?" "Are you all like... Nervous?" There was a pretty long silence until Tyrone spoke up "I don't know about the rest of you but I am" "we don't exactly know what's ahead of us so obviously yes" mason continued "but hey! On the brighter side, we still have each other to be with! There are six of us not to mention we've dealt with a lot of dangerous monsters so I think we'll be fine as long as may and Tyrone don't start fights with anyone"  mable said "oh come on! I'm not That dumb, Tyrone probably is but-" "Hey!" Out of nowhere, our cabin door opened revealing the train attendant "are you all set to go?" She asked, "mable you got your pig?" I asked "yup" mable response while opening her purse where her pig was sleeping peacefully "yup we're all set".

We were following the train attendant who led us to the exit. to me, it feels like we'd been walking for hours now, it was probably just a minute or so but it feels like my nervousness just took over me I guess mable saw through me since she converted me saying that no matter what happens she'll always be by my side and before I knew it we were right in front of the exit door. When we got off I can sense eyes on me and people whispering mason went beside me and whispered to me not to worry and ignore it my never-ending train of thought was cut off when the train attendant started talking again "please give your luggage to the men over there so they can put them in your dorm room, and you may hold on to your purse and bags if you want or need to" "alright thank you" "thanks miss train attendant" we said our thanks and gave the 'luggage goblins?' Our luggage well, of course, we had to put our names on them first but after that, we went near the front gate where it wasn't too crowded to wait. everyone was doing their thing belle fixing her makeup, mason reading more of the magic book that I bought him, may and Tyrone competitively playing on their phone, and mable texting her friends while looking around to try and find them.

I could still feel people staring at me but I just decided to ignore it and put on my earphones and play some music while I read a light novel but after a while, I got bored and started to look around a little there was someone with a humanoid face and body but just a unicorn horn and ears, someone with elve ears but has fish scales on their arms, etc most of the people he saw were hybrids of sorts some has demon horns, goat horns, a halo, dragon wigs, everything was like how the book had described. and then my eyes landed on someone with a humanoid body, modern clothes, tan skin, golden blonde hair, and —, wait that looks familiar. I guess I was staring for too long since he instantly looked my way and we accidentally made eye contact, I instantly froze nervous and scared to move he, on the other hand, looked surprised but that surprised look turn into a smirk, he just smiled at me and waved, and I don't mean it as just a little wave he had his hand high up in the air and violently waving his entire arm at me, anyone could notice him and notice who he was waving to. I immediately looked away trying my best not to look suspicious but I was too late "you know that guy?" Mason asked me "Nope" "then why is he waving at you?" "Probably just crazy.." "Jezz dipper why didn't you tell me you had a boyfriend?" "WHAT NO! He's NOT my BOYFRIEND Mable!!" I accidentally screamed out now everyone is staring at us I covered my face with my hand gosh my face is probably as red as a tomato right now... "Dang you didn't have to be that defensive dip and dots" "Hush".

"ATTENTION STUDENTS" a bright light appears above the Academy's Gate then that bright light turns into a woman who looks to be an elve "my name is Alhera I will be your Instructor, sadly the principal can not welcome you on your first day here due to some trivial matters for now..." Alhera snapped her fingers and magically a map appears in front of everyone "you are all free to explore the Academy to get more familiar and comfortable with the surroundings just don't destroy the facilities, if you do you'll be changed and one thing for sure is that it won't be cheap, well that's all oh right you all must gather in the main hall once you hear the bell rings, if you are not in the main hall 20 minutes after the bell rings you will be expelled that's all you may now explore" she snapped her fingers again then disappeared as the Academy gates opened.

I would honestly be lying if I said I wasn't excited.
