Chapter 7 ~ Searching

You slowly wake up, trying to regain consciousness. Your memory was very blurry. You took a good look around your surroundings. You found yourself laying in a bed. You were in a dark room with a window, that was showing no sunlight through it, next to you. 'Where am I?' You thought. You then remember what happened that cause you to loose conciousness. But, who brought you here? Was it Dark? You snapped out of your thoughts once you heard the door open. You then saw Dark Link enter the room. "I see you're awake," He said as he walked up to you and sat on your bed. "Why did you bring me here?" You questioned. He sighed. "Well, when you got attacked by that Poe, I brought you to my castle," He replied. You were confused. Why did he bring you here? Did he actually care about you? "Well thanks for bringing me here," You said with a smile. He smiled in returned. "Well, you should get some rest," He said as he starting exiting out of the room. You yawned and rubbed yor eyes. You layed in bed and closed your eyes, going into a peaceful slumber.

*Next Morning*

Link's Pov:
I couldn't find (y/n) anywhere. Right when I woke up, she was gone. What the hell happened last night that made her disappear? I also found out that her horse wasn't here. I hopped on Epona and pulled on her reins. 'She has to be somewhere in Hyrule Field..' I thought as Epona started galloping. I didn't know where the hell I was going. I just need to find (y/n).

*Timeskip. Still Links Pov.*
'Damnit!' I thought with an annoyed sigh. I can't find her anywhere! I checked throughout all Hyrule Field and didn't find anything. Not even a damn clue. As I was about to go search for her more, I heard horses and peoples voices behind me. I turned around to find soldiers on their horses, coming towards me. 'Just great..' I thought with an irritated expression. "Link," One of the soldiers called. "Yes?" I asked with annoyance in my tone. "You must come with us," The soldier said. "Why?" I asked. "Princess Zelda wants you to come back to the castle," The other soldier spoke. I groaned and rolled my eyes. "Why does she want me to go back?!" I asked, getting more frusrated. "That is not important at the moment, you must come with us immediately," The soldier commanded. "No," I replied with a stern tone. One of the soldiers growled. "Why not?" He asked. "Because (y/n)'s missing and I'm trying to look for her. She just disappeared," I replied. "Look, (y/n) is out there trying to find Dark Link so she can kill him," He said. "You don't need to look for her when she already made a vow," He stated. I gritted my teeth and clenched my hands into fists. "She's doing it alone! I don't want her getting hurt! She's like a sister to me!" I exclaimed. "But, the princess wants you back at the castle! She's the princess so you have no choice but to come with us!" He argued. "And what will happen if I don't go back," I said. "You will be servely punished," He stated. "Tch, yeah right. Look, there's no way you can stop me. I'm going to find (y/n) no matter what," I said as I hopped back on Epona. "Even if you punish me," I said as I pulled on Eponas reins and started searching for (y/n) once again, leaving two Hyrulian soldiers speechless.
