Its been 3 weeks... since i've seen Cee and from stalking his page for all those weeks his listening party is coming up.
It wouldn't be fair to myself if i said this week hasn't been great for my career , I've gotten emails,calls and messages regarding collaborations, but my mental health has been down the drain.
I've been quite sad but i didn't let it stop me from working. I prefer sleeping in the studio than in my bed pitying myself over a normal reaction.
Cee has been checking up on me asking me how i was but i would send him some dry ass answer making him worry even more.

i nod laughing while going up to hug my brother he took me out for breakfast since he didn't like me sleeping all day. I left my phone on the island before going up to grab my laptop.

"coming" i mumble to myself as i pickup the phone i quickly call him back and sit on the couch
"you answered, i thought i wouldn't hear from you again"
"well your in luck today, how are you?"
"im great,i just wanted to hear your voice again"
i laughed at his remark
"Nah but seriously, are showing up tomorrow?"
"another suprise reservation?"

a huge smile showed on my face.
Some-part of me knew he would invite me but its like my reaction a few weeks ago disgusted him.
But he keeps showing that he cares for me in mysterious ways.
After a bit of forcing from his side,i decided to show up.
And as always i don't have anything to wear.
time skip Alicia has been dragging me across all the city malls trying to find an outfit and most importantly cheer me up, he said i could bring a + one. So we ended up getting yellow dresses to match the theme.
"you're going to go ito this with new energy and a different approach of life, gerrit?" alicia implied as she left me at my house door.
As i entered the house, i dropped my bags on the floor and went to sleep.
