We all come and go
That's just the cycle of life
My time here is limited
But beautiful like shooting stars across the sky
I will soon be gone
I don't know if you will cry
A few ups and downs
These will be my last words at the end of my time.
When I will be gone tell my princess I will miss her smile,
That I loved her, and there was no one I loved like her.
When I will be gone tell my family not to cry,
I wasn't scared, and it was an honor to be one of them.
When I will be gone tell my friends I wasn't good at math,
Because when you love, you do not count.
When I will be gone tell my siblings I will always be there,
You won't see me but I will always watch your back.
When I will be gone tell my parents I will always be their child,
I didn't say it often but I loved them from dusk till dawn.
When I will be gone I will have no regrets,
I lived a life no one else could duplicate.
When I will be gone please mark these words on my tomb,
Here rest Krys, boyfriend, friend, brother, and son, a poet of time.
