"No can do, Miss." the guard says, his voice tougher than the one who spoke previously.

"Hey, hold on a second, might we call Master Scaramouche and ask for his permission-?"

"Master Scaramouche is way too busy for that, Sharkur, so I suggest you shut your mouth."

These two were the definition of good cop bad cop.

"Oh...? Oh, but what a shame...I don't suppose I can get Master Tartaglia to get through then..?"

You smirked.

"M-Master Tartaglia...?".

"I just so happen to be his second in command and romantic partner..." you muse, wondering why these two don't know you even though the entirety of this organisation know of you and the scandal you caused three years back.

You'd have to play your cards carefully, however.

You had to keep out of the Tsaritsa's radar.

The other night, you and Scaramouche had agreed that he wouldn't say a thing about your presence to her Majesty as a part of your deal.

"I don't know, Miss. W-We're just new recruits.".

"Ah...oh, I'm so sorry, then..."

You smile sympathetically at them.

You decide to improvise a little.

"Well, I might have you know that as per Fatui regulations, any Harbinger is permitted to request the presence of another personnel in his or her ranks."

The two look at each other.

"Which Harbinger are you...?"

"I'm the Eleventh Harbinger's lady...I'm training to be a part of your ranks."

This was getting tedious.

Suddenly, the door opened, scaring the gentle guard that you knew as Sharkur.

"Guards! What is this bothersome little dispute you have going on right outside my front door while I'm trying to have breakfast?!".

"S-Sorry, Master Scaramouche!"

"For the first morning in a month that the Tsaritsa has given me a break and a lie in and you ruin it like this!".

Even the "bad cop" guard has shrunk under Scaramouche's presence.

"Anyhooooo...Lady Y/N, what a pleasure!"

Scaramouche takes your hands and leads you in, his mood changing in an instant once he sees you.

"Come, come, I have breakfast all laid out for you!".

"I just ate-".

"Well then eat again!".

He's grinning from ear to ear and you smile nervously.

He shuts the door and sits you down, where he was having a grand meal of various kinds of morning dishes.

"I hope I don't have to have to deal with that sort of thing everytime I come here.".

"Of course not! I'll always make sure that any guards standing outside will be informed that you're always a welcome guest here at my humble quarters!".

He took a big bite out of a tuna sandwich.

Or what looked like tuna, at any rate.

"I gotchu your commission to Inazuma." he said through his full mouth.
