"YN " Yeri yelled from downstairs "WHAT" I yelled back closing the book which I was reading "YOUR MOM IS ON CALL" she says. I kept the book aside and went downstairs, she was standing there holding my phone in her hands...
"Hello mom wassup"
Yn's mom: hey sweetie how you doing?
I looked at yeri with a confused look
"I'm great, why did you call at this hour it's pretty late"
Yn's mom: comeon it's not that late it's only 9
I laughed awkwardly
"Yeah right"
Yn's mom:  by the way I called you to inform that tomorrow I've set a blind date for you "
There see goes, this was the only reason I decided to stay with yeri, cause I was sure she'll set up me with any guy
" Mom we have talked about this like time, I'm not ready for that now please "
Yn's mom: yn it's been already five years, more how many years you're planning to stay single
'i don't care, I'm just not ready and please you can't set a blind date with any guy without my consent'
Yn's mom:  I did that cause I care for you think of yourself, you need someone to complete your life
"Mom I don't need anyone and please just cancel the date I'm not meeting anyone"
She was about to say something but I hung up, I sat on the couch frustrated holding my head
"What's it ?" Yeri says "she wants me to get settle" she walks over and sits beside me keeping her hand in my shoulder " must be hard for you both, she can't see her daughter like this, and you can't get yourself to take a step forward, but trust me it's gonna be okay"
She says . Now that's what I like about her most, no matter what the situation is she's always by my side comforting me, reassuring me, I gave her hug " thank you " mumbled near her ear, while she patted my back
" I saw him " she brokes the hug, she surely didn't get what I said
I sat straight and looked at my lap
" Five days ago when it was my first day in office, remember you called me cause it was pretty late and I told you I'll be taking a bus, I saw him, I saw taehyung standing across the road, he was about to cross the road but when our eyes meet he turned around and left "
By the time I was already crying bucket
" yn " she pulls me in a hug again
"It was not your fault please" I rested my head on her chest while she rubbed my back
"Why didn't he trust me, we could have been better together"
"I don't know what to say cause I don't know how you feel, betrayed maybe hatred towards him, or maybe what, but remember, you'll be rewarded by the god, he knows you did nothing wrong, I trust you no matter what, we all trust you" she says
"I-
" It's okay not to say anything" I broke the hug, she took the tissues and handed me, I wiped my tears and sat , drank a glass of water, she's right I did nothing wrong, and I don't need to fear anyone...
Yeri's phone started ringing making me flinch which went unnoticed by her
"Ahh it's lucas" a big smile appeared on her face as soon as she saw the name, I chuckled, now she'll be sleeping late I know for sure "you should sleep yn I'll be in my room if you need anything" she says and ran in her room
She and lucas have been dating for 3 years, I was quite surprised when she said he proposed to her, and when she told me details how he did, I was quite shocked, he did the same way I showed him 5years back, she was afraid I would not be happy with their relationship but who I'm to object when they're happy together, I sometimes talk with lucas when he used to visit yeri while she used to be on call with me, after that incident he apologized to me  a number of times, but I already forgive him, it's not it's fault.

" Yes Mr David"  I was working in my cabin when Mr David called me
"Yn it's a girl"  I heard him grinning from other side of phone, my lips spread into a huge grin
"OMG MR DAVID CONGRATULATIONS, I'M SO HAPPY GOR YOU"
"Thank you yn , I'm so happy, she's literally an angel, btw I want to inform you that I can't come korea and handle the work there, but don't worry you won't be burden, my business partner will be attending the office and he'll look after the company, you just need to follow his orders and keep him accompany * I nodded *  actually he's coming there after a year, so I hope you can handle "
