Maybe sooner than that, if she's 3 shots of vodka in and feeling particularly honest with herself.
Regardless of the logistics, Natasha is at a point where she can't simply shove her feelings aside and pretend it's indigestion she's feeling every time she looks at Wanda; Every time Wanda catches her looking, and subsequently smiles at her like Natasha has just offered her every star in the sky.
It's getting to a point that Yelena is noticing, which isn't good for Natasha's health, really.
