YOU SAT QUIETLY in your room, your parents were asleep which left the house super quiet
until you heard a small knock on your window
you looked to see stu by the window, tears streaming down his face, you quickly got up and opened your window to let him inside
"what's wrong?" was the first thing you asked "i miss you" stu silently cried
"what?" you asked the boy, more confused than ever
"i shouldn't have picked casey over you" stu explained
"i should've picked you" he said

after going through such a traumatic experience, people got a laugh out of it and are trying to have other innocent people live through it
"it happened at the 'Stab' movie" tatum sighed "of course it did" you looked down
"are you okay?" tatum asked "no, innocent lives are starting to be taken again" you answered "are you okay?" you asked tatum "no" she held in a sob before pulling you in for a hug
"wanna skip first?" tate asked after the hug, briefly holding onto your shoulders
you couldn't help but sadly smile at those words, thinking back to when you and stu skipped first period for breakfast
oh, how much you miss him
"yeah, i don't think i can handle all the looks" you let out an airy laugh, tatum sadly smiled at you before hugging you once more
"we can go look for randy, if you want" she suggested "yeah, let's go look for your loverboy" you joked
tatum jokingly rolled her eyes before holding your hand and walking out of the dorm you two shared

as soon as the both of you stepped out of the dorm buildings, news reporters swarmed you and tate with questions and cameras
you two ignored all the attention and kept walking
you guys got to randy's current class which was film class, once he seen you and tatum he stood up with mickey (your not so secret admirer) right behind him
the first day of college, mickey instantly gained a crush on you
